Gorgeous Sunset Views, Private Beach and Boat Slips

The Bay House was built facing west for the magnificent sunsets! It features 4 bedrooms plus a loft! The 1st master suite has a king bed with a private bath that includes 2 sinks, a large jetted tub, and a walk in shower with a bench. The second master suite has a king bed with private bathroom. This private bath has a one sink and a walk in shower. Both master suites open to the deck and over look a private beach and the bay. The 3rd bedroom includes 2 bunk beds that are both twin beds over full beds. The 4th bedroom has 2 queen beds. The loft features a queen bed, bean bag chairs and a private bathroom. This bathroom has a sink and a stunning glass tiled shower. There is a large main bathroom with tub/shower combo. A pack n play with sheets has been provided for your convenience. There is a spacious laundry room with sink, washer, and dryer. 
The home includes a farmhouse dining table that can seat 10+. The main bar seats 5 and the smaller bar will seat 3-4. There is a bonus farmhouse table located on the back deck with beautiful water views. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. Granite counter tops and hardwood floors throughout the home. On the ground floor there is patio furniture that seats 8. There is also a propane grill on the ground floor. The home enjoys a 75” living room TV, a 58” TV in the first master, and 50” TVs in the other master and the loft.
The home over looks a private white sand beach, dock, and pier. Small kayak and paddle board are available for use. There are several Adirondack chairs, side tables, and bar stools on the dock. 3 private boat slips are available if you would like to bring your boat.  The slide in the pictures is not usable.
This is not a party house. This house is in a neighborhood, with full time residents. This house is for families to get away and enjoy the bay. We will not rent to springbreakers, bachelor parties, and any other groups that are looking to be loud and unruly. But if you want a nice house to relax in, this is the place.
There are security cameras outside of the house that cover all the entrances and all staircases. These cameras are not monitored, but strictly used for security if there was a break in, or if there was damage outside the house, or to the dock or equipment. There are no cameras inside the house.
We have Starlink service for wireless internet access.
The house is 7 miles from OWA Amusement Park, restaurants located in OWA, miniature golf, Foley Event Center, Tanger Shopping Outlet and the famous Wolf Bay Lodge. 
You can hop on the beach express and coast on down to The Wharf, Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. Hwy 59 can take you to local restaurants like Lambert’s Cafe, Lulu’s and Tacky Jacks. Other local attractions on Hwy 59 are The Track and Waterville. 
Watch the dolphins swim and mullet jump right off the pier! You can catch speckled trout or trap blue crab.
