Golf Course See and go to the clubhouse

Every comfort of home is in this lovely furnished villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with new Stainless Steel appliances and an open island with bar stools. There are linens for dining if you wish to use them. There are lots of pillows and linens to make you comfortable during your stay. Your access to the club house and restaurants is within walking distance. You can watch the golfers finish up on the 9th hole from your covered patio.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and comfortable leather chair with ottoman for watching TV or reading. The great room has an entertainment center with 55” Smart TV and stereo.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and room to set up a baby crib for the grandchildren. There is an additional queen size bed in the master bedroom closet that can be set up in the great room for additional overnight guests.

We have returning guests that speak for the comfort they experienced as our guests.

The pretty villa was clean, comfortable and just steps away from the walking path and clubhouse. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal, the TV was simple to operate and the wireless was fast. We really enjoyed the patio and fire pit overlooking the golf course and everything in this home is in great condition. Our host was amazing and very responsive!

Great place to stay

Long vacation practicing retirement. Clean little house on 9th green. Enjoyed watching golfers, quail and the Doves. House is within walking distance to clubhouse where the spa, pool, gym and 2 restaurants are Great Happy hour at Bella Vista. Have to try their Prickly Pear Margaritas. Everyone was so friendly Owners were a dream to work with no issues but always answered any questions we had and alerted us to the going’s on in Corte Bella. Highly recommend and hope to stay again

Very nice villa

Tom and Roberta were very accommodating for me and my family during our stay at their villa. It's in a great location very close to the clubhouse. The villa is very clean and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed making smores on the firepit. Roberta was quick to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend this villa to anyone and would rent here again.

Great golf location

We enjoyed the golf, pool and gym. Walking distance to all above plus great food at golf club and restaurant. Only negative is some early morning work and traffic noise from golf course and road . I would stay there again. Owners are great and very helpful.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the area

My husband had knee surgery at the Mayo clinic so we were looking for a very comfortable place to stay while in the area for surgery and physical therapy. We could not have picked a better place. The house is very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the action on the 9th hole even though we are not golfers. Thanks to Google for our new golf knowledge. While sitting outside in the mornings we enjoyed hummingbirds as well as Gamble quails and other birds in the area. There was a bike in the garage that I used almost every day. Riding was very safe in the gated community and a great way to start the day. We will return to this location if it is available next time we are in the area. Roberta was always available to answer questions and provide guidance when needed. Just loved our stay.

Great location!

We had a wonderful month (Feb 2016) at this villa! The location was perfect as we were able to walk to gym classes, pool, restaurant, pickleball, and bar/grill and golf clubhouse. The villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Roberta and Tom were very accommodating. We would definitely rent this villa again.

Northwest greater Phoenix property

We had an enjoyable time during our stay in the Corte Bella home. The home was clean when we arrived and ready for us move in.. The owners were helpful with suggestions for using the the large well furnished club exercise facility which we used. The month had many sunny days so we were able to sit on the porch and enjoy the very nice view which took in the 9th hole on the golf course. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and easy to contact. I would recommend the paoperty to a friend and would rent it again myself .

Corta Bella Villa

The villa was comfortable, quiet, well furnished and close to the clubhouse. The area is perfect for walking, playing golf, tennis, taking a swim in the pool and generally enjoying one's self. Roberta was very informative and helpful with the necessary paperwork for the clubhouse amenities. We truly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the patio and hope to return someday.

Villa Review

The villa has a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice outdoor furniture front and back and has an excellent location being very close to the golf clubhouse, restaurant, pool and other recreational facilities such as tennis, pickle ball and bocce ball courts. You don't need to use a car to get to any of these which is very convenient. We've accommodated guests very easily and they have enjoyed the villa also. We always look forward to returning.
