We loved our stay and the location and views were perfect. Waking up to see the San Francisco Peaks through the living room window was great. Beds are comfortable and we had a great night’s rest during our stay. The game room, nearby trail and park were all perfect for some indoor and outdoor entertainment. We would definitely book again!

The view of the San Francisco Peaks did not disappoint! The location is great if you're going to the Grand Canyon or Arizona Snow Bowl as you don't have to go through the traffic in Flagstaff.

Great place!

Good location close to the Snow Bowl. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the sled in the garage for kids to play in the snow. Wish the garage was attached to the house, but it was great to have garage parking for our minivan.

The house looked great when we arrived. We attempted to cook Thanksgiving dinner to find that one of the ovens didn’t work. But the kitchen was well stocked. Otherwise nice stay

Perfect stay

This was the perfect getaway for our family. Great house with bbq, ping pong and darts. Board games were a hit too. So close to downtown, even a trail nearby to avoid traffic. This spot is perfect for summer but also winter. We made it to Snowbowl in less than 30 for some hiking. Hope to stay here again! PS its close to Fratelli’s Pizza, huge bonus!!

Great family house

Our family enjoyed the quiet neighborhood which was close to a hiking trail and park. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. The back yard was great for the kids. Their is a swig set and slide, and room to play catch. I would recommend this property to all families.

Perfect location in Flagstaff, AZ

Property was great. The location was perfect for multiple day trips all over Northern Arizona. House was clean, and spacious. Plenty of room for my wife and I and our 4 children. Even had time to have ping pong tourneys every evening. Owners were very easy to deal with, great instructions and extra help with some requests with moving dates months before our stay. Woukd highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home. Great location

We wanted something central to visit Grand Canyon, Sedona and the Painted Desert/Petrified Forest. We didn't have time for the Painted Desert/Petrified Forest but the house was a great spot to take day trips to Grand Canyon and multiple trips to Sedona. The house itself was spacious, clean, with great amenities. Very happy. Jenn and Jeff we're super available and helpful. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Great house, great location, great owners

This property was perfect. We had two families (4 adults and 4 kiddos) this trip. The house comfortably accommodated us. The kids had so much fun with the games, ping pong table, and a TV in their room. We were there during a snow storm and the owners had a snow removal service. The owners were very responsive and accommodated our requests when needed. Thank you! We will be back! ❤️

Decent Stay with Some Issues

While overall our stay was ok, the house had some functional and cosmetic issues that were hard for us to ignore. Several of the windows opener knobs were broken in addition to several blinds openers that were also broken. The patio sliding door was incredibly difficult to open and seemed to get worse the longer we were there. The microwave in the kitchen made a very loud rattling noise while in use. The carpet in our master bedroom (and frankly in the other bedrooms too) was incredibly worn and stained…it all needs to be replaced. The location of the house was outstanding and host was responsive when we reached out.

We communicated with Jeff several times about things we didn't understand about the house. He was very patient and bent over backwards to help us. He even ordered 2 things from Amazon and had them delivered. Now that's a great host. house had lots of things provided that other rental properties didn't provide ie: laundry detergent, coffee pods, sweeteners, coffeemate, spices and more. Large fenced back yard has big shade tree and lots of stuff for young kids(we don't have any) but our 2 small dogs loved it! Ping-Pong table, tv , and dart board would be great for older kids. Nice quiet neighborhood and well priced. We would return to this property.

What a great weekend! The homes was well stocked for our daughters graduation gathering. The home is pet friendly and so comfortable. The game room was a hit with the college kids! Lots of room for eating and playing games. Thank you so much!

Perfect spot!

This was our first visit to Arizona and this house was perfectly located. We were able to spend time at the Grand Canyon and Sedona, along with sites in Flagstaff. The house was stocked well for our family of 6 and met all our needs. This kids especially enjoyed the game room ping pong. We even enjoyed a walk through the neighborhood trails. We would definitely recommend this house!

Ideal location, perfect for families

We loved staying here in June for our summer vacation. The house was fully stocked with what we needed, including lots of kitchen tools. Each morning we would sit out front (shaded to the east) and enjoy coffee looking at the view, and in the afternoon, we enjoyed the backyard (shaded to the west). The best part was the house is extremely quiet- you hear the kids in their rooms from the living room or master- which was great. The location is far enough away from traffic and the commotion of the town, but close enough to bike or a 5 min drive to downtown. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the quick response of the owners at check-in!

Nice home away from home

Our family had a blast staying at this home! All the amenities were fully stocked for a comfortable stay, and the house was super clean. The adults, our teens, and our tween enjoyed the game room with the ping pong table. The city of Flagstaff has a lot to offer and served as a great gateway point to Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

Quiet neighborhood, great place, much larger than it looks in pictures. Could have EASILY slept8-10 people without being crowded! Lots of plates/pans/utensils. Would use again!

Family friendly neighborhood

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen. It had everything and more to prepare meals. The kids loved the ping pong table. Neighborhood is very safe, quiet and within walking distance to a park and trails. Can’t wait to return.

Adequate at best

The house was clean. For a 48 hear old remodeled home. It was not very comfortable for us as a senior couple. Screens on the windows and sliding patio door would help with air circulation on warm days.

Great vacation

Despite seeing some very cool places such as a Natural Wonder of the World as well as Sunset Crater, our kiddo proclaimed the pool table in the game room as the best part of the trip. Comfortable home in a lovely neighborhood located very close to local trail heads.

We are from Scottsdale and bought this home as our summer getaway to escape the heat! Now that our kids are getting older, we tend to use the home more for Snowbowl now which has been an absolute joy watching them improve every season. We decided to host our home to give other families and friends the same opportunity. My husband works for a large hotel chain and we both were servers when we met. Needless to say, we love hospitality and giving guests a wonderful way to vacation.

We chose this neighborhood for the quiet yet family friendly feel. Their is a wonderful park and walking path right down the street.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our mountain views from the living room is my personal favorite part of this home! Guests favorites seem to be our game room, office space and split floor plan. The large garage and crib have also been our highest complimented features.
