Beautiful, spacious room with a beautiful view! The bed was very comfortable so I slept sound every night. The host was always so kind and helpful with everything. Itā€™s a great location with a great parking garage. The pool and hot tub were also great and the beach wasnā€™t too crowded. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short drive. Never had to fight traffic once. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

Other than the buffering with the šŸ“ŗ, everything was superb!! Can't blame the buffering on the host because we never called them to check on it. They would have fixed it for sure, but we were more worried with laying out by the pool and checking out the gorgeous view of the gulf from the 4th floor pool deck!

Overall customer service was not good. Only could contact by email and that is not feasible. Felt like this property nickel and dimes everything. There was not enough paper towels towels, toilet paper, towels, dishes, etc Felt like everything was cut short, to make a profit. After spending an inflated rate on this property I feel like it was overpriced terribly. And who asks their clients to wash dishes after paying a cleaning fee? The elevator and garage situation was very inconvenient. We made the best of what he had, since ultimately it was my fault for booking late. Never will book here again!

Just ok

So the good first: 1) the building is pretty on the outside 2) staff is friendly 3) decent location as a very tasty restaurant is right across the street however, you really donā€™t want to walk anywhere else bc or construction and traffic. 4) the pool is nice. 5) gain a star simply bc there is a Starbucks downstairs. The ugly: Got here to a room that was not as clean and nice as pictured. There are scratches all in the paint all over the doors. The bathroom counter had toothpaste smeared on it. The outside table was damaged. The one time I tried using the microwave to heat a muffin, the turn table didnā€™t even work. The bed spread has a different room number on it (which whatever as long as it clean but just shows the lack of attention to detail). Whatever they use to clean made the room smell like a nursing home. The mattress is like sleeping on a cardboard box itā€™s so hard. Donā€™t even get me started on the pillows. The drain in the bathroom sink was broken. The elevators, omg the elevators!!!! The elevators stayed out of service constantly bc of overcrowded building so then the one main working elevator left obviously stayed so packed. We had to lug out beach stuff up 11 flights of stairs multiple times. Also, the paint is peeling off the ceiling. I did send all of these photos to the owner, in which she took forever to respond (after I texted her too to make sure she was getting the vrbo messages) and her response didnā€™t even acknowledge all of the issues. Lastly, the building walls are SO uninsulated that you hear everything all the time!!! Basically, if you are 21-25 and here to drink and beachā€¦..this is for you. If you are older and want a trip that is for you and your spouse this is not the place for you.
