☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆

Your whole family will have plenty of room to spread across the four large and beautifully decorated bedrooms. All the bedrooms feature comfy king-sized beds, electric fireplaces, and private en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom also has a flat-screen Smart ROKU TV ranging in size from 50" to 55".

Bedroom 1 is on the upper level. The large en-suite bathroom is equipped with a stand-in shower and a separate extra-large two-person jacuzzi tub.

Bedroom 2 is also on the upper level. The en-suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 3 is on the lower level, and has direct access to the hot tub. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in steam shower.

Bedroom 4 is also on the lower level, and also has direct access to the hot tub. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

There is an additional full bathroom on the main level with a shower/tub combo, bringing the total bathrooms to five.

The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need, including a Cuisinart coffeemaker, a Keurig, a crockpot, a blender, and an excellent selection of cookware, utensils, tableware, and serving dishes.

Enjoy family meals at the large dining table (seating for eight), or cozy up to the breakfast counter (seating for up to three).

Enjoy a cookout on the back deck that backs up to lush woods, complete with large gas grill and picnic table.

The spacious open floor plan and surrounding picture windows in the great room are the perfect place to relax and gather together. Enjoy your time with family and friends in luxury and comfort, thanks to the premium furnishings and entertainment options.

Kick back on the comfy sofas and devour that book you’ve been meaning to finish or stay up to date on all your favorite shows on the 65” Smart TV. On cold mornings, you can warm up in front of the gas fireplace as you watch the sun come up.

Kids and adults alike will love the incredible game room with a 65” flat-screen Smart TV, sleeper sofa, beautiful slate-top pool table, 7' air-hockey table, and a large card table with many games to enjoy. Of course, no game room is complete without an arcade machine loaded with 60 classic games, including Pac-Man and Donkey Kong.

Getting a boost of fresh mountain air is as easy as stepping out onto the private deck. Our cabin is on the left side of the resort, offering much more privacy than most cabins here. With no neighbors on either side or behind you, the sense of peace and privacy is unmatched. It still offers incredible views from the front and side porch.

Take in picturesque views from the porch swing, sip your morning coffee from one of the rocking chairs, or relax in the hot tub.

The cabin is located in the beautiful Grand View Resort, home to the famous Wahoo Zip-Line, a 50X24 sports pool, and a kids pool with water features. Stay with us and ride Tennessee's longest dual zip-line at half price. In addition, you’ll be just a short drive from many of the area’s popular attractions, including the main parkway, Dollywood, The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and more.

GUEST ACCESS:

You will have private access to the entire cabin along with shared access to the resort pools.

We have one of the larger driveways in all of Grandview with flat and paved parking available for up to six vehicles.

48 hours before your arrival, we will message you with directions, your door code, and other check-in details. We are owner-operated! No meeting off-site for keys; just arrive at the cabin!

Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 10am. No early check-in or late check-out. This is a large cabin that requires extra time to prepare for the next guests.

The fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1, as with every cabin in the area (Please do not run the fireplace and the air conditioner at the same time).

The hot tub is all ready for you and should NOT be set lower than 100 degrees or more than 104 degrees at all times.

The resort pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. More details will be sent in our Welcome Letter five days prior to arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Pet policy: In an effort to be considerate of guests with allergies, pets are NOT allowed, and the policy is strictly enforced. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500, and you will be asked to leave without refund.

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We do NOT offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or anything else outside of our control. We do highly recommend investing in travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.

Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are NOT provided

If more than 8 people are planning on staying, please note the sleeper sofa in the game room can sleep two, and there are two couches in the cabin—one in the upstairs master and one in the living room—that can sleep the other two.

There is an outdoor security camera on the premises. This camera is for your protection. Any attempt on tamper with or disable the camera, including by disconnecting the WiFi, will result in a $150.00 fine and you will likely be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires! Fire is a very real threat to this area. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

A lot of love has gone into this cabin to make it feel like your very own home away from home. Please treat it that way.
