Located just between Belmont, Midtown, & 12th South, our charming cottage is just around the corner from some of the best shops and restaurants. Coffee shops, boutiques, Barbeque, pizza, bars, and a grocery store are all just a short trip away. Our charming, detached loft apartment is perfect for guests who want to come and go as they please, have a quiet place to work, relax, unwind, and feel like a local in one of Nashville`s most sought-after neighborhoods.

Our home is a private second-story apartment above a detached garage. You can come and go as you please. The loft beams with beautiful, inspiring light and is ready for a clean, quiet, and intimate stay.

While we can`t accommodate early check-ins and check-outs, we allow guests to drop their bags after noon on the day of check-in. You will be tucked away in a charming neighborhood, centrally located between historic Belmont and Midtown, a quick drive away from great shopping at Green Hills, and walkable to 12 th South.

Uber or Lyft can take you to the famous Broadway live music venues for a night (or day) out on the town in about 10 minutes.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $40 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
