Stunning vacation home on Pineview Reservoir near 3 ski resorts

Enjoy the beautiful outdoors year round in this stunning modern home. Located within walking distance to Pineview Reservoir, 15 minute drive to Snowbasin, 23 minute drive to Powder Mountain, and 15 minute drive to Nordic Valley. This 5 bedroom/7 bathroom home has plenty of room for your group!

Each bedroom has an ensuite and walk in closet. The two master ensuites include walk-in shower and soaking tub. Main level has beautiful entry, one master bedroom, large laundry room with two washers & dryers, half bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, table with seating for 10, great room with gas fireplace and TV, and a patio with a propane grill. Upper level includes 2 bedrooms (each with ensuite) and a loft with queen size sleeper sofa, foosball table, and game table. The basement offers two additional bedrooms (each with an ensuite), a half bath, a playroom for the little ones, and a large family room with a comfy sectional sofa, gas fireplace, air hockey table, and a large game table.

With the community pickle ball court, large grass area, and pavilion right off the patio, your group can easily enjoy the common areas. In addition, the community offers a seasonal swimming pool, year round hot tub, horse shoe, and bocce ball area. To fully enjoy the these amenities the home has (for your use): pickle ball paddles & balls, beach umbrella, Ladder Golf, Cornhole, bocce balls, and pool towels.

Additional amenities:

Kitchen supplies: spices, blender, Kitchen Aid mixer, toaster, coffee maker, crock-pot, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels, and complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, tea, sweeteners, and creamers.

Bathrooms: Paul Mitchell shampoo & conditioner, hand-made soap, toilet paper, and hair dryers (in master ensuites)

This is the best vacation rental we have stayed at! Our entire family - from grandparents to grandkids - all enjoyed hanging out here since there are multiple game room areas, upgraded bathrooms, etc.

Perfect for a ski getaway

Gorgeous home with high ceilings and plenty of space for a big group on a ski trip. Great location and in close proximity to Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Very much enjoyed our stay of a week.

Fabulous family home- close to ski resorts

Do not hesitate to stay at this lovely 5 bedroom home. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Very close to each ski area. Area kind of remote, but not too far to drive to Eden or Ogden for dinner.

Just as great for second stay!

Do not hesitate to book this property. It is super clean and comfortable. This was our second stay. Since the weather was warmer this time, we were able to enjoy the pickle ball court right outside the back door. The owners take pride in their property and it is truly a great place to stay.

This was the second stay for Shannon and her family. They were wonderful guests who went above and beyond to make sure the home was ready to be cleaned for a quick turn around. We wouldn’t hesitate to welcome them as guests again!

Boys Ski Trip

Ample room, loved that all rooms had ensuites. Beds were comfortable. Easy acess to Powder Mtn & Snow Basin. Communication with Sue Ann was seamless.

Perfect place in Huntsville Utah

We greatly enjoyed the house. It was clean, well maintained and spacious. Every room had its own bathroom, which was really great with a large family. There were plenty of TVs and places to spread out. It had easy access to skiing and trails during our winter stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing property!

We were very pleased with our stay at the beautiful house in Huntsville. We came to Utah on a skiing trip, exploring Snow Basin. The location was perfect and it took only 10-12 min to get there. The home had everything you need when on vacation. Spacious bedrooms and huge bathrooms, great kids room and many other amenities. We all felt like at home. We will be back!

Amazing Stay at Pineview Beauty

Very comfortable, spacious, and clean home. We stayed here for the first time 3 years ago and I am amazed at how well maintained this rental is; the owners have done an incredible job. It still feels new and is very clean.Location is fantastic with easy access to Snowbasin. Kitchen is well-stocked. Plenty of spaces for kids to play games and watch tv. Easy check-in. Our family had another great stay and I highly recommend this property to any family looking to visit Ogden Valley.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was very comfortable for our stay over the Christmas holiday. Very close to skiing at Snowbasin, and close enough to the grocery store and a few restaurants. We had a 2 yo and 12 mo, and after moving some nice things up, it was quite child proof. My 2 yo loved the toys and the fact that we could add our Disney+ account to both TVs. I had one question for the hosts while staying there, and they got back to me right away. Communication was wonderful.

Awesome multi-family ski vacation home

We were looking for a house that would be convenient to SnowBasin for three families, traveling with young children. The house was perfectly equipped for our needs. Lots of bedrooms, a modern kitchen, giant dining table, and the cutest playroom for the littles. There was also foosball and air hockey tables for our bigger kids. Snowbasin was only 15 to 25 minutes away from the house, depending on traffic in the morning (it was a holiday weekend.). We would stay there again in a heartbeat! The only thing the house is missing is a potato peeler. :)

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient

My family really enjoyed our stay at Pineview Beauty. The entire process was very simple. Loved the location of this property as it is right down the road from Snowbasin. The home is new and everything was very clean and organized. We appreciated the labels on the light switches and TV's in the master bedrooms. The boot/glove dryer is a big bonus if you are planning to ski. Kids loved playing air hockey and watching movies on the big TV downstairs. The beds were comfortable, showers had nice shampoo and conditioner, soap made by Simply Eden was provided and it is so good. I highly recommend this home if you are planning a stay in the Ogden Valley area!

Nice and New

No need to look any further for your Snowbasin ski home. Seriously, if it's available for your dates just book it and work on planning the rest of your trip. This home is new and looks like it. The main living area was open to the kitchen and dining area and featured a soaring ceiling with lots of light from a wall of windows. The two Master suites with huge bathrooms, the 3 other ensuite guest rooms, along with two half baths, allowed everyone in our group to enjoy their space and privacy. The home is very well equipped from the fully outfitted kitchen, to the laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers and a built in boot drying system, to the outdoor grill with an extra propane tank and William Sonoma cooking tools. The digital door lock with personalized combination (no stuggling to remember a complicated string of numbers) and the garage door that opened from the myQ app on our phones made accessing the home a breeze. The two car garage comfortably handled our full sized Nissan Armada and Infinity QX80 SUVs. Two fireplaces added to the ambiance and comfort of the two main living areas. Extremely responsive and friendly owner. At the top of our list for our next Snowbasin trip! Ps, if you are visiting in the Summer, the lake is about a one minute walk away.

Awesome stay at a beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We had a large group of 13 people - adults, teens, and kids - and everyone enjoyed our time here. Excellent location to the lake, super luxurious bedding and bathrooms, fun activities that we well maintained by the owners, and great amenities on site that kept everyone having fun. One of the things we enjoyed most were all the personal touches that made this property feel at home. Well done on maintaining a beautiful vacation house - we'll be staying here again!

Beautiful residence. Incredibly clean and well stocked. The 5 grandsons loved the bunk room. We played lots of pickle ball, and spent many hours at the beach. It was truly great family get tougher.

Lovely home for a family or friends

We booked the home for a family ski trip and we plan to return next year. The home was exceptional and the nicest that we have ever stayed in using rental services. Comfort, amenities, cleanliness, location, style - we rate them all 10/10. The snow was also terrific during our stay and Powder Mountain and Snowbasin, which are both just minutes away, are wonderful resorts and awesome ski mountains! Thank you!
