This 5400 Square Foot home is finished to perfection. Main floor includes a large family room with stone gas fireplace, large dining area, and laundry room. Kitchen with gas range is fully furnished with everything you might need. Main floor also boasts beautiful master suite and bath area with king bed, walk in closet, TV, and incredible valley views. Second bedroom off kitchen area with queen bed, full bath, and TV. Gorgeous covered deck with gas BBQ, plenty of seating and views to knock your socks off.

Upstairs you will find two delightful bedrooms with queen beds, 2 baths, large luxurious family room with TV, office area with desk and printer and a fun children's playroom with toys and games galore.
Basement includes huge family room with game table, comfy wrap around couch, and large screen TV. First bedroom has four bunk beds, second bedroom has a full and twin bed, and third bedroom has a queen bedroom and walk in closet. Bedrooms with walk in closets have play and pack crib beds for little ones. A full bath and walkout to stunning patio and hot tub area. Best of all, everyone loves our massive game room which hosts pool table, air hockey, ping pong table, and hot shot basketball hoops.
Trappers Ridge is a planned community of single family homes with a pool, hot tub area, and club house with fitness area. A tennis/pickleball court and basketball court are right across from pool and hot tub.
Trappers Ridge is located in the Wolf Creek Resort area of Eden, Utah. Ten Minutes to Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts, 20 Minutes to Snow Basin Resort, 5 Minutes to Wolf Creek Golf Course and 10 minutes to Pine View Lake for Boating, Fishing and Family Fun. Hiking and walking trails everywhere you look

The is very roomy with 3 levels for people to spread out. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots and pans and utensils for cooking.The kids enjoyed the game and and everyone enjoyed the hot tub.

Yes, there is lots of room for littles to be upstairs in the play room and teens to be downstairs in their own space & parents & grandparents to enjoy some reading or nap time :) e are so glad you used the hot tub. Our family had a great vacation in Eden and our accommodations were very ideal. The home had everything we needed, was very comfortable and spacious. The only thing that would have been nice is to have an additional bathroom in the basement.

Erin - So glad that your family had a great time using our CASTLE IN EDEN - it is always great to hear that! We know there is plenty of room for everyone to be together or find a separate little place to read a book, play a game or do a puzzle. You can even take a nap upstairs while the little ones are in the toy room, the teens are in the game room downstairs and the adults are in the hot tub out under the stars! Amazing views make it even more fun, with plenty to do with the walking paths, pickle ball court and basketball all within a short walk from the house! Beautiful time of year! Great ski vacation

We really enjoyed our time at the house. Hot Tub was a major bonus! Kids sledded in the back yard. Weather was nice enough to enjoy the lovely deck. Would love to stay again.

GREAT NEWS! So glad everyone had an amazing time! Yes, there is nothing like a hot tub visit after a long day on the slopes! Love that is on the patio covered by the upper deck as well, makes it cozy! Glad you got to BBQ on the deck off the kitchen. We come to Eden as a annual family retreat. We have stayed at this house before and we love is. It is very spacious with its 3 family gathering areas and 2 fun game rooms. The bedrooms are nice size rooms. This house is pretty well stocked. We will stay here again. Nice and clean and the Host is very wonderful to work with. Thank you!

Everyone can gather to watch movies in the large family room while others are playing board games upstairs! Of course there’s a hot tub under a covered patio too!! Great Place to stay

We had a group ranging from 18 - 54 and everyone loved the house. The hot tub was great to enjoy in the evening after long days of hiking. Within an hour drive of a lot of great things to do.

Excellent Property

This house was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. It was also fully equipped with toiletries, paper goods, soaps for bathrooms and all appliances, and all the cooking supplies we ever needed. It has a nice toy room for little ones and a fantastic game room with air hockey, pool, pingpong, foosball, and basketball that we all enjoyed. We had a fabulous stay there and would definitely book it again.

Our family originated in Utah & has now populated to California, Texas, South Carolina - as well as Utah!
Our love for this area goes way back and we decided to build our memories together here for generations to come! Finding a place that we could all gather often has been satisfied in this beautiful valley with all of it's wonderful scenery, clean air and activities to participate in as a whole. We want to share what we have created with all who love to nurture each other while spending their time together for a family reunion, boating outing, holiday celebration, ski trip with family or old friends, a "dear" hunting trip for WE WIDOWS - or even a wedding, which we have hosted. SO plan your next visit with us!

Our Castle in Eden has amazing views from every window on all three levels - you can enjoy a thunderstorm from the 3rd floor family room as the thunder and lightening are beautiful out over the Pineview reservoir.
The main level has a walk out patio with BBQ and seating for all to enjoy the fresh air as you prepare a meal together. Master bedroom has it''\'s on special view of the meadow, hills and reservoir.
Downstairs has large picture windows all around and a walk out basement to a covered patio with hot tub that you can enjoy during a rain storm and even catch the moon from the east side - We share our evenings with the deer that frequent the area and watch "US"!
The three car garage has a large 2nd refrigerator - above it on the 3rd level, is a large playroom for children and below it is a complete game room with a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, foosball and basketball shooting game - Plus tons of toys, games, a large screen TV with Direct TV and a separate large TV to hook up video games that you bring - Large Game table and even a low puzzle table for kids :)
