Wonderful location & great stay

Located in a secluded place far from city, the property is amazing inside out with all amenities needed. Great communication with host and will surely rent again.

Wedding in Duvall

The rental was absolutely perfect for our stay. We didn't realize we'd be helping to cook for a family wedding. The two well designed and supplied kitchens could not have been better for our needs. The to spacious living rooms and the open floor plan were nice for visiting as well as the two different floors for some privacy. Thanks so much we told all our friends in Duvall how much we enjoyed your property

Place was awesome. Great for large parties

Having space for everyone made the over all experience very comfortable. 2 kitchens made easy work of cooking and cleaning. Beds were nice and bathrooms were updated and luxurious. Giving this place a 5 star rating.!

Great property

We came for a soccer tournament and the team stayed together. It was great to have 2 living areas. The landlord is very responsive. We had planned to use the bbq but there was a new hive in it. I emailed the landlord and he went and bought a new bbq the same day. Great experience.

Lacking Cleanliness

The pictures did not accurately represent the condition of the house. There was a large hole in the middle of the basement couch. The whole arm was ripped on the upstairs sectional, the fabric very stained and discolored. There was moldy food left in the cabinets in the basement kitchen and it was coated in grease. Pillows and linens were very stained. For the price that was paid, a much higher level of cleanliness and attention to detail was expected. The home was spacious with plentiful bedrooms and bathrooms.

House was the perfect size for our family of adults and young children . Road was quiet and good for walking with kids. Neighbors were friendly. Close to the wedding venue. So glad I chose this house

Soccer Week Long Trip

The house was very clean and spacious for our group. I would say it can fit 10-12 comfortably. The front lawn definitely needs to be cut since there is no driveway to pull up. We were walking through very long grass to get to the front door. Otherwise property was in great shape. Communication leading up to event was great.

Into the nature

Alan's place is well located. Not far from the The City and magically surrounded by the sound of tranquil nature. The house was spotless and perfect to celebrate a small gathering with family and dear friends. Alan was a great host. Thank you!

Large house

The house was wonderful and it was just as listed. It had privacy and even deer in the yard. The cherry falls hike was beautiful. Could use more cooking dishes and large bowels in the kitchen but was good.

9 person DJ Retreat

We used this space for a small open space DJ retreat. Having two kitchens was great for extra frig and storage space. Having one bed per room allowed everyone their privacy., as opposed to many venues that add several beds to a room. The only downside was the living room spaces did not offer enough cozy seating for everyone to gather together and be comfortable. We took turns sitting on the floor or pulling over dining room chairs. This would not be a problem if the group is small, doesn’t care about cozy seating, or is small enough to fit everyone on the couch. The host was very quick to respond and helpful. I would rest this venue again. .

Great Setup and Location

The three bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs was nice for our family reunion. There were sitting areas both upstairs and downstairs as well. Pieces of the couch upstairs moved around and there was food dust, and dirt under the couch that was easily seen when the couch moved. The rest of the house did appear clean though.

Great location and plentiful space!

We rented this property for the weekend of our wedding for our friends and family to be in one place; the interior of the house was gorgeous and there was ample space for guests to sleep and bathrooms to shower/get ready! We had a great cooking in the kitchens and enjoying our wedding weekend with our bridal party and returning the night of our wedding to enjoy the large space with everyone we love! Alan was very easy to get ahold of with the few questions we had and was great about communicating with us that we had left a few things behind! Great experience!
