Featuring a large private deck, this coastal getaway is home to a living and dining area (with cathedral ceilings), well-equipped kitchen (with new refrigerator - 2018), full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer (new in 2018) and more. 2 TVs, DVD, Blu-ray, Wifi.

THINGS TO KNOW


Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely family vacation

This was a very comfortable home base for our trip. I loved cooking breakfast for everyone in our fully stocked kitchen, sitting on the private patio, and playing provided games!

We had a great time, and the property met our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped (including sharp knives!), the place was clean, and the Sea Colony amenities are excellent, including a tram to the beach. The only thing I would like to see improved are the bed linens. They were not of a high quality.

Right next to tram stop #30. Cool house design. Very private. Close to outdoor basketball, playground, pickleball and a great area with grills.

Unit was very convenient to amenities for Sea Colony. We enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and very comfortable. We would recommend stay here.

Summer vacation

Condo was clean and well stocked kitchen. Book, games and dvds provided. Yellow bus line stop for free ride to beach and back just a few steps away. Also very quiet promoting good sleep.

Pros: location, spacious, very complete kitchen, beds, linens, towels Cons: couches seem very worn out, I’d prefer flooring rather than carpeting, more toilet paper needs to be provided as well as dishwasher soap (what was left there was not for dishwashers). We will definitely come back to this property 🙂

Disappointing--old, needs upgrade, poor condition, terrible mattresses.

Would not stay here again. House in bad condition. Bathrooms need repair/upgrade. Furniture dated. Mattresses need to be replaced. Patio dirty. Sliding door almost impossible to move. Screen door the same; screen broken. Four burned out light bulbs. master sink backed up. No instructions for operating cable TVs. Three windows facing patio are filthy. Don't know how much of maintenance problems are due to owner negligence or management company incompetence. (management company sent someone quickly to provide instructions on TV usage, and to replace light bulbs. Still waiting for repaired screen door and maintenance on sliding mechanisms for sliding door and screen door, as we left).

We LOVED our bungalow!! The ONLY thing that would be negative is the mattresses in this unit. They are entirely too hard! The family room furniture wasn’t the best but I get that since some people don’t treat others property with respect. But we loved our bungalow and it was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 are teenagers ;)

Comfortable, but unimpressed w Vacasa

We had a comfortable stay in this unit. It's a bit far from the beach to walk with young kids, but there is a tram stop outside the unit and as long as you catch it right it's an easy way to get to the beach. We had an issue with the lock not working and communication with Vacasa was pretty poor. But fortunately it all worked out OK and eventually we got back into our unit.

Nice clean getaway

We were able to visit safely and according to CDC measures as our first trip outside during the pandemic and the spot could not have been more perfect. It was just as expected, and had a little bit of lawn outside too. Nice walk to beach and did not feel overwhelmed by number of people in the area.

Lovely home, painful bed

This home was beautiful and in a great location. We could easily walk to the beach and to many of the pools. The only drawback was the bed in the master bedroom. It was so painfully hard that my husband and I had to sleep separately halfway through the vacation in the hopes that with one person in the bed, some comfort could be achieved. I slept on the sofa couch with one of the kids and that was a far comfier bed.
