THINGS TO KNOW

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Everything with Sea Colony was great Great location. The house was good. It just needs updating and a good thorough cleaning.

Great location! Nice view. The bedding was stained and outdoor cushions were stained. The ice machine did not work and there were ants in the kitchen.

All positive. Several requests were promptly addressed. Needed kitchen items were delivered in a very timely manner. The maintenance gentleman was prompt and professional. Overall an excellent experience.

Great Place!

My family and I really enjoyed the location. Very easy access to the pool and trams...which the kids loved! Very well described property and just like the pictures. Only downside was the cleanliness. The company did a terrible job and the previous renters made a mess

Pleasant surroundings.

The condo is nice, just a little dated. The outside porch is always a hit being near the pond. Vety tranquil. The outdoor deck is badly in need of new decking. This location is easy to enter and park and located close to all tennis, pools and fitness center.

Great family home with a view of a lake

Our stay at the vacation home was quite enjoyable. The home was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a big plus! It allowed us to enjoy time indoors together and get a good night's sleep. The porch overlooking the lake was a highlight ! The outdoor pool, almost right outside the door, was a fantastic ! The only issue we faced was with cleanliness, but this did not stop us from enjoying this house! Thank you !

Great place and layout needs a bit of TLC

Great place, prompt and courteous communication. Suggest that owners pay to fix AC, top floor smoke detector, and connect refrigerator ice maker. Otherwise well worth the price and appreciate owners making it available.

Thank you for taking the time to review your two week stay at Sea Colony. We appreciate you making us aware of the problems you experienced with the a/c, smoke detector and ice maker . We wish you had made us aware during your stay as most of these items could have been corrected in a timely manner. We did have someone check the a/c in loft but no issues were found. The smoke detector was replaced and the ice maker line was found to be frozen. That was thawed to allow for proper function of ice maker We sincerely apologize for the problems you experienced but was happy to hear you did enjoy your stay. Thank you again for your feedback and hope we see you back again for a return visit.

Great Location and View! Not for those with Allergies.

Upon entering the condo, we loved the great view of the lake! The house looked mostly clean upon first glance, but the whole place needs a deep cleaning. The rugs were very stained and grungy. The air intakes had black dust on them in the family room. The furniture in the family room is a bit dated and needs a deep cleaning as well. The bedrooms were spacious and the bunk beds way up high were fun for the kids. The bed in the second bedroom was very low and not very comfortable. Although we loved sitting on the porch and looking at the view, we had to leave a day early because the condo flared our allergies up and we couldn’t take it anymore. With a deep cleaning, this place would be great!

Fair rental; nice porch

The positives first: This condo has a lot of space - it can sleep 8 comfortably and it's nice to have 3 full baths. The screened porch is also very nice with a soothing, relaxing view of the pond and fountains below. The kitchen is updated and has a Keurig. The location is also convenient to the tram stop and other amenities in SC West. The negatives are that most of the furniture is very very tired, has stained/moldy pillows and cushions, and the beds are uncomfortable. The master bedroom comforter did not have a duvet cover and it grossed me out. There were also many cobwebs, the kitchen was not well cleaned and the carpets were old and stained. Porch furniture was ok except for the rocker with no seat. The kitchen sink faucet broke when we were there (but thankfully the rental company replaced it quickly). Overall, I would not recommend this condo unless they replace the carpet and furniture - and the cleaning is bit more thorough.

Sea Colony

The rental was the same address as last year but better. All bedrooms were completed with the bedding. The bedrooms were complete with soaps, shampoos and all towels in place. All rooms were cleaner than last year. The kitchen also was complete with dishwasher pods, sponge and paper towels. The only downside was lots of spider webs and the entryway and porch. The dryer was left with damp clothes and a severely clogged lint filter.

It was a great set up. Lot's of space. The screened in porch was really nice. The one outdoor pool was just a very short walk away, almost in our backyard. The shuttle stop was close by also. Had a great week!

I was a little nervous reserving this place because at the time I made the reservation, it did not have any reviews. All the pictures posted on the site were just how the place appeared.. My husband and I LOVED the screened in porch!! It was also very convenient to everything.

Tall Pines at Sea Colony

Nice condo with a screened in porch where we spend many hours. The main living area is spacious and well furnished and the location was quiet and peaceful near the pond with a fountain for background noise.

Good place for a quick trip!

We had a very, very good time. The screened in porch was perfect. We spent a lot of time there. It is a a quick distance to the beach by car and we liked Bethany Beach a lot. Two glitches: we did not have linen service the first night and the code for opening the door was not clear on our check-in documentation. Other than that, all was fine.
