Inside, you’ll find a freshly painted two-story interior with all the comforts of home. Cozy up for movie nights in the light-filled Great Room. Prepare tasty meals in the sparkling full kitchen, outfitted with everything you need for beach snacks and beyond. Then head out to the balcony for umbrella-shaded alfresco dining!

Top-notch extras include a private washer/dryer, two adult bikes, board games, fast WiFi, a high chair, and central air-conditioning.

THINGS TO KNOW

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great location, clean condo - needs new appliances

Love Sea Colony - great location, and condo was very clean and accommodating. Appliances definitely need to be replaced, and deck needs work and a few more chairs.

Short family beach weekend

A nice community, family friendly, and condo appropriate for a long weekend stay. Short drive to the beach, and afternoon amenities like the pool came in handy. One note; off season not all outdoor pools are open. We thought our location was perfectly close to a pool; however did not learn until checking that it was closed.

Great experience!

Our only mistake was only staying 2 nights. The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, but there is so much to do that we will probably have to stay 4 or more nights next time. Great opportunity for a family friendly stay down the shore.

Dollar for dollar….,best deals in the area!!

It was a great price. It was just me so I did not need much. It was quiet. It was clean and it was lot better than any hotel in the immediate area.

Location was great

The complex is beautiful and within a 20 minute walk of everything. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, we didnt use the patio furniture because it was dirty and broken. The refrigerator was leaking and there was some communication with the property manager about it, then communication just stopped. It was never fixed while we were there.

Not worth your money!

Sea Colony area itself is lovely, with the trams, amenities, like the pools seemed great. But this unit left me feeling like I spent too much money for what it was worth. Luckily we were only there a few days, so it served it's purpose.

Lovely Quick Getaway

Nice condo with two bedrooms and a loft was lovely for a weekend getaway. Time for a refresh of the kitchen and baths but everything worked. I misread the description and thought that "top-floor" meant that we would be in the oceanfront towers but it was the upper level of a condo in the complex about a half mile from the beach. We didn't participate in the winery visit.

Fun stay at the beach

The property is in a good location, and there are good amenities on property. You’re in a good location for going to Rehobeth, Lewes, and Ocean City. Plenty of parks to go hiking at and the beach is in easy walking distance. The only ding we had was that the shower curtain in one bathroom needs to be replaced, getting kind of moldy.

Nice campus, quaint space, not walkable to the beach

The space was a bit dated in some ways but completely functional and perfect for our needs over a long weekend. We only turned the TV on once. The Sea Colony "campus" was quite nice but we're more likely to stay somewhere closer to the beach on our next visit.

Love Sea Colony

Great location and accommodations, the condo is a little outdated (as shown in the pictures). There were some minor maintenance issues that were addressed the same day. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, everything was very clean and well kept and we would definitely stay again.

Not the best, but I'd do it again

The refrigerator was reported broken on our first day and it was never fixed. Patio furniture was broken or dirty. When we loaded the dishwasher, we found dirty dishes still inside it. Snacks were left open inside one of the cabinets. That all aside, sea colony had everything we needed. Easy beach access. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The pool we used was wonderful.

Fine but could use new carpet

Loved the location near the tennis center, gym and aquatic center. Tran service to the beach is great. However it Took a day to get someone to come out to fix the toilet, but unfortunately they didn’t really fix it! No communication from Vacasa about the “repair”.

Another year down!

This was our 12th time at Sea Colony, definitely the most outdated and problem house we stayed in. Kind of knew it based on the reviews but it was worse than expected. However Sea Colony is still our favorite vacation spot.

Great location but dated property

This property has a great location but the unit itself needs a lot of love and attention. Everything is very dated and some furniture is broken (deck chairs) or appliance rusting (washer dryer). The unit below also has a dog that barks incessantly, which makes falling asleep at night a challenge. Although the price was fair, I likely won’t be staying here again

Loved the area. Condo can use updates

We loved the area. The condo had nice air conditioning and WiFi. Great hot water. Very attentive when they sent a text about how we liked the condo. I replied that the carpets are stained. They were willing to send out carpet cleaning service to shampoo. We declined because of is already being in the condo. Overall was great…just could use a deep cleaning. We will definitely be back next year.
