Upon entering the villa, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots and pans to fulfill all your vacation meal needs. Stay connected and entertained with cable TV, and rest assured that every aspect of the villa is fully furnished, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Great place on the ocean

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The balcony overlooked Folly Beach and the views were fantastic. Very easy access to the beach. The accommodations were excellent as well. Plenty of room to maneuver in the kitchen and living room. Very nice balcony with an overhang.

Away from the main strip this property provided everything we needed for our stay. Views from the balcony are awesome! The place looks better in person as opposed to the pictures. Would recommend.

Great time!

Two biggest negatives: dated decor and Google maps has the entrance incorrect. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! Great view, quick walk to the beach via the building's boardwalk, and nice pool. We will be back!

Top Notch accommodation

The view is outstanding, had everything we needed to cook local seafood daily, listen to some music, and just soak up that ocean air. Such a good location away from the busyness, easy on and off the island for hitting outlets, yet 10 minutes away from coligny plaza to experience that as well. Grab shrimps on way in at Carolina Seafood and all fresh locally caught seafood at Barnacle Bills just past the condo on 278.

Brief Vaca

My husband had some work in HH and we decided to enjoy a brief change of scenery by staying on the island for a couple of days. This location suited our purposes perfectly. We had beautiful views of both the sunrise and sunset and an easy walk to the beach for healthy morning walks. On the quieter side of the island, but an easy distance from the more happening hot spots when desired, this location is perfect for young families and those wanting a respite from busy schedules.

Great location, nice condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great, we enjoyed being close to the beach and being able to see the ocean from the room. The entire complex was nice because it wasn’t too big and didn’t feel crowded. The pool was nice as well and the kids enjoyed the trip. I would say the sliding glass door needs to be replaced/fixed. It seemed like it was barely on the track and I was the only one in the group that could slide it.

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed in 308 several times and will continue to go back there. We love the large balcony and the view-you couldn't ask for better. It's clean and comfortable. We always prefer Sea Cloisters. The office personnel are pleasant and easy to work with., however there maybe could have been more communication in dealing with Idalia. We do miss Carol and Rocky however. One very minor suggestion-replace the kitchen shears because they don't cut.

Siblings Getaway

Loved the view and location. The balcony has carpet that needs repair and I understand the netting on the balcony but it also needs repair. Condo was dated but it was very comfortable. It appears that other guests bring things and leave them. The closets seemed to have everything thrown in there with no organization. Would definitely stay again. Easiest reservation/communication was excellent!

Love Sea Cloisters

I have stayed in this and one other condo at this property in recent months. I have loved them both. The views are awesome. This particular condo gives both sunrises and views to sunsets as well. Very clean and well appointed. Relaxing and comfortable living is a definite in this place. I did wish for a bigger television in the living area to enjoy college football is all. Loved the whole place! Thank you to the owners for providing a great place to come back to each night of my stay. Victor G.

OK, but will look at other units for next time.

We enjoyed the condo and the proximity to the beach, however the bathrooms are in serious need of updating and the master bed is as hard as a rock. The dishwasher is also very loud. I will probably look for a different unit in Sea Cloisters for next time.

Beautiful view from large balcony

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here, however, two of the mattresses were terribly firm and also very old with worn out springs. It’s a very clean and neat unit. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing, but the unit is very dated with its furnishings, colors and decorations all appearing 20+ years old. The mattresses need replacing, or AT LEAST a nice memory foam mattress topper on all three beds. Again, it’s a nice place, very clean with a beautiful view- just needs some updates to be fantastic.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay here! The view is excellent and deck is a good size to enjoy it. The beach is nice and there was always enough space to put all our gear without feeling on top of others. The condo was clean, AC worked well, and the washer/dryer were super convenient (bring extra detergent!). The room with two full beds & bath was perfect for our children to share. And we loved the master waking up to a great view of the ocean. The bed was maybe more firm than I’d prefer, but won’t deter me from booking this condo again! We had a wonderful stay and will stay again. The only slightly inconvenient thing was that our door didn’t have a keypad, and the check-in/out instructions did not have details for our process. But, the property manager texted back super quick and we were good to go!
