VILLAMARE ... is a Highly Sought After Oceanfront Resort noted for its beautiful grounds, lagoons, Health Club with Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Heated Jacuzzi, Steam Sauna and Extensive Workout Facility. The Outdoor Main Pool is nestled around decks for sunning and viewing the ocean. Palm trees are around the deck to provide shade for anyone who forgot their umbrella. Next to the large pool is a Heated Jacuzzi, and toddler area. The Main Pool is heated during the months of March through May. The Outdoor Serenity Pool and Spa offers a peaceful experience with a deck area and amazing ocean view. This area features a newly added Grilling Area with 4 Built In Gas Grills and firepit. There are plenty of activities to enjoy within walking distance from our villa including tennis, golf, miles of trails for biking, walking, or running, bike rentals, kayak and canoe rentals on the 11 miles of canals, restaurants, and a general store. You can’t ask for anything more with this condo. Centrally located within Palmetto Dunes, beautiful pool area, right on the beach. And that’s just the outside! Inside you will find a condo as comfortable as home, with everything you need. Thank you for hosting us- our family hopes to return next year!

My wife and I and our two college-age kids have stayed at four or five different places in Palmetto Dunes, and this was the nicest! The condo is gorgeous and the view of the ocean is spectacular! Pete was a great host, providing all the information we needed upfront, and he notified us during our stay that a portion of the parking lot was going to be seal coated. The kitchen is updated and very well-equipped. We had everything we needed. The bathrooms were beautiful and very updated. There are two beautiful outdoor pools and a hot tub right outside the building, and the incredible beach is just past the pools. There is also an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna, and a very good fitness center. Two bikes are also provided. Many very good restaurants nearby.

The host had great communication, and the property was immaculate. The attention to detail in the recent renovations was amazing. The grounds and amenities were nice. We really appreciated the hot tub due to the cooler weather. The building exterior is in the process of being painted; however, this did not detract from the experience at all. The new exterior paint looks great.

Awesome condo that has been newly updated. Kitchen was fully equipped and well organized. Bedrooms very comfortable (new mattresses), lovely balconies with sunrise views and the bathroom is spacious with lots of drawer space, as are the closets with lots of drawers/shelving. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and we will definitely consider staying here again.

We have been visiting Hilton Head Island, and in particular Villamare for the last 20 years. We love the location of VIllamare. So close to the ocean with great amenities from the pools to the on-site fitness center. It's proximity to activities and shopping along with the friendliness the people in the complex helped us make the decision to own a piece for ourselves.
