The split-level layout will be ideal for those who want to stay downstairs for a movie night and those who want to hit the hay in one of the two bedrooms upstairs.

This location could not get any better when it comes to skiing, hiking, biking, or checking out the local restaurants. Walk to the lifts mere steps away and enjoy a full day of unmatched powder. If the family is up for some excitement, be sure to check out Chugach Adventures and experience a thrilling kayak tour through glacial waters nearby- and best of all, the home is dog-friendly, so your furry friend can join in on the adventure too!

My friends and I loved the stay in this places

The location and view is great. The balcony is facing snowy mountains giving beautiful views to stare at.It's clean and well equiped for prolonged stays.

Great location, close to everything Girdwood has to offer. Killer place to stay if you are skiing. It is an older building for sure, but the condo has some nice upgrades. Beds are very comfortable!

Great location! We had a great stay at the condo. They had just cleaned so it had a very powerful smell of cleaning supplies but it went away after we opened the door.

Kitchen was nice & clean. Provided plenty of towels was a good part. Beds were comfortable. Main thing Wi-fi was working properly. The house was also nice and clean to stay but windows of bedrooms were not opening. There were visible black molds on some windows & one of the black glass door. Tv also never worked. Bathroom was also clean and comfortable but there was no soap or shampoo.

Great mountain resort stay

This was a great place for 4 adults to stay and enjoy hiking and good food (definitely check out Spoonline Bistro for amazing food, Hightower Pub for fun staff and good food or Chair 5 - all great fun). The apartment was roomy and clean and close to boat tours in Whittier. Thank you for sharing your home!

I had to let my niece stay at this property, however she said it was wonderful. It was to late to get a refund when we got covid, however they were kind enough to let us have our niece stay who is a college student. she had a blast and was very greatful for the free vacation.

We were very disappointed. The view outside the balcony was totally obstructed by a large sliding glass window that was waiting to be installed, so we had no view from inside the living room to the outside. The shower walls had what appeared to be black mold on them along with orangish mold. The shower handle was displaced. The TVs were totally non-functioning. The washer and dryer were down the hall outside the unit, and you needed coins to operate - this was not relayed to us in the description. While we appreciated the convenient location, the issues with cleanliness and amenities completely overshadowed our stay.

Cozy, but missing a few features that you expect.

The condo was comfortable and nice to stay there after a day outside. The fireplace is nice, but you cannot use it as a short-term renter, as the community rules do not allow it. The TV was impossible to figure out and there was no cable, but between the remotes we could not figure out how to even play the DVD. Oh well! There is an ice maker, but it is not funtional so bring ice. It was still a good place to stay to relax after a long day and be able to cook and sleep.

Excellent location

This unit has an excellent location in proximity to the Mountain. Nice two bedroom fits our family just right. Beds are comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Nice brand new kitchen remodel. I donā€™t love the lockbox for checking in. Itā€™s always frozen and complicated. Sofa chair could stand to be replaced.

Below average stay in Girdwood

We were excited to show my parents, who were visiting for the holidays, Girdwood and take them out for dinner. Girdwood was incredible but this venue was not great. The check in process was unclear and lengthy. The combination of unmarked lock boxes and unclear directions made our checkin last over 30min.Also, a chair in the living room had a broken arm and the couches were well worn to the point of discomfort. For the price listed I wouldnā€™t recommend staying at this venue.

Great location for exploring beautiful area

Nice place to stay. Clean and homey. Had a little bit of a problem getting in as the texted entry location didnā€™t have the number of the unit in the building and we were using the text info (should have used the e-mail info!) Beds were ok but would have appreciated blackout curtains in second bedroom as it was midsummer. Plenty of food locations nearby. Armchair broken but still usable. Appreciated the ā€œGreatest catchā€ DVDā€™s! Accurate representation of property.

Enjoyable stay near the Alyeska Ski resort

We enjoyed the stay and how convenient it was to hit the slopes!! We never figured out the ski in/ski out trails for the property, but nonetheless it was a 1-2 min drive to the ski resort parking lot!! For being a pet friendly place it was very clean and did not smell like dog!!!!! Towels and sheets were vintage but overall the winding staircase, fireplace (bring your own wood) and leather couches gave a cozy cabin like feel even though the location itself felt more like a dorm setting. It had everything needed to include pots/pans/utensils, soap, towels etc. Overall a great place to stay and meets/exceeds the cost at time of writing it was $468 with the cleaning fees, VRBO fees, and taxes. I would stay again in the future for sure!

Nice Stay

My family and I had a wonderful weekend away at this condo. It had an excellent location and lots of room. I found the check-in process to be very challenging. It would be helpful to have better instructions on how to use the locks. It was inconvenient to have to keep track of a key the whole weekend and remember two different key codes. This likely cannot be changed, but better instructions would be helpful.

Overall satisfied with stay. There are a few items I would address. Clean the large sliding window in family room. Would consider putting large cushions on the bench seating. And lastly get a working hairdryer, the one in the bathroom does not work. Would have been nice to have a back up in the downstairs bathroom. The place though worked for our group. Beds weā€™re comfortable enough.

Comfortable with issues

We loved the location. Very convenient to slopes and dining. Comfortable accommodations. The kitchen needs some updating. Some sharp knives for cooking would be good. The bar stools that swivel are a bit of a hazard. They seem to be missing screws because if you turn a certain way, you can fall off. They need some repairs or replacement. We stayed 4 separate weekends this winter and overall were very happy. Anything that needs work is minor. Love that dogs are welcome. Pots and pans could probably use replacement as the nonstick lining is wearing off.

Improved versus online pictures

The photos of this place showed only a breakfast bar with three stools however itā€™s since been remodeled. The breakfast bar is gone and a dining table for six has been added! Great remodel and opens up the area so thereā€™s much more room. The only negative is itā€™s slim on bigger pots and cooking utensils like big spoons, tongs, etc. and the tv is strictly for dvd. The dvd player on main floor is mounted on the wall behind the tv and we had problems loading dvds without them falling out before the tray shut. Great place overall and the fireplace worked fine.
