A really beautiful condo with upgrades to pamper you on vacation. Our two-bedroom, one bath unit is located on the seventh floor and tastefully decorated in a tropical decor. Brand new kitchen cabinets, new granite in kitchen and bath, new backsplash and Vinyl floors throughout.. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you would ever need on vacation. The living room 43 in TV has HD with additional programming and a DVD player. Blackout curtains in every window great for naps and keeping the condo cool. The balcony, accessed from the living room or master bedroom, is perfect for relaxing and listening to the surf while enjoying the beautiful gulf views.

Both bedrooms have doors for privacy, queen size beds, 32 in TVs with regular programming. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience along with ceiling fans in each room for comfort.
Need internet during your stay? We have Personal secured WI-FI in the unit that is not shared so its full strength. The complex has unsecured WIFI you can use at the pool or on the grounds.

The unit is just under 700sf which we feel is perfect for a small family or two couples, sleeps a total of four (4). We also have a key less lock, so no keys to keep up with during your stay.

The complex boasts beautiful lush palm trees and flowers that surround the large pool with a double sided rock waterfall along with a hot tub steps away.

Charcoal grills and picnic tables by the Lagoon are perfect for grilling out by sunset.The complex also has two lighted tennis / Pickleball courts and a shuffleboard . You must provide your own equipment due to Covid 19 at this time.

For the boaters, we have a boat ramp and two private piers, one with boat slips with a $30 boat launch fee per vessel.

There is a $30 per vehicle parking fee paid directly to the complex when you arrive.

One day before arrival There will be a $500 damage insurance hold placed on your card. Two days after checkout the hold is released if no damage. This is just a hold and card will NOT be charged.

ACROSS THE STREET there is 100' of our private deeded beach with a covered Gazebo for our guests. All this and just a short distance from downtown Gulf Shores, you will find endless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
