Welcome to our privately owned Lake House! Each of the four bedrooms has a King size bed and a master bathroom (shower/tub double sink and toilet) attached for maximum comfort and privacy. A hide-a-bed couch sleeps two more. On the top deck, enjoy our gas grill and lounge furniture to sit or lay in the sun with glimpses of Lake Cumberland through the wooded lot. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee, read a book, or have a glass of wine under the covered front porch in a rocking chair or on the relaxing porch swing. Take the party downstairs where a large 65” television with streaming service and a Blue Ray/DVD player are available. A coinless arcade has 300 classic games to choose from. There is an indoor kid’s clubhouse for children to play. Open the back-patio door to a large screened in porch that features an easily accessible step down into 6 person hot tub.

Rest easy as the home is within a gated resort, Lake Cumberland Resorts.

Great place, well equipped kitchen and the beds was very comfortable. Only complaints I received was that there are no TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. There was a TV in the common area in the basement but it would be nice to also have a TV in the common area on the 1st floor as well. If not for that i would have given it a 5 stars.

We had a great stay! The owner was extremely responsive and helpful when I reached out for assistance upon arrival. The cabin was spacious and extremely clean. I was surprised at how well stocked the home was. Towels, games, food items in the pantry etc. The cabin is located pretty high up in the mountains. I suggest arriving during daylight hours. But, everything was absolutely perfect

This is such a beautiful property with a killer view. From the gorgeous granite countertops to the king size beds in every room, it is just a delight to stay in this home.

The space was perfect for us! We stayed for our Thanksgiving celebration with our two kids and their families. Our grandson loved the arcade game and the hot tub! We adults loved the hot tub too! The table was the perfect size for playing games together! The beds were very comfortable. The stairs are easy to gate to make it safe for our younger ones. The kitchen was the best! It was stocked with everything one could possibly need! Thanks so much for sharing this space!

We enjoyed our stay, it was a very nice cabin with plenty of room, King beds were a big plus and everyone enjoyed the arcade game and hot tub. It was just a bunch of friends hanging out at a cabin so we did not have any children with us but if you are planning on staying with kids there are some safety concerns (biggest one is the deck rails have big gaps and is up super high). The hot tub is in the deck which looks really nice but it was a bit tricky to get into it since it did not have anything to hold onto while stepping into it. It was pretty peaceful there and the leaves were starting to change which was really nice. We had all the basics that we needed and loved the multiple types of coffee makers. Something that was not a huge deal for us but might bother some is that you have to transport the garbage in your car to a dumpster and not a trash can/cage outside the cabin. Overall it was a well put together, very clean, nice amount of space with lots of bathrooms and big beds.

Beautiful, comfortable cabin with a view through the trees to Cumberland Lake! We loved the decor and the gorgeous spaces in this property! And the front porch swing added such a beautiful spot for our morning coffee!

Loved the place, very spacious and all four bedrooms came with king beds and had their own bathroom. This cabin was perfect for four couples.

High end living with a stellar view

What a beautiful property this was! We loved the ensuite bedrooms and the high end finishes in the kitchen and throughout. The arcade game in the lower level was a special treat and the view from the deck is to die for. Hopefully we'll be back!

Love this place

We love everything about this place. The location is awesome. It’s easy to get to you. It’s easy to communicate with the owner. We stayed here our first time visiting the lake the second year it was available and we were very disappointed and this year we were able to rent and we were very happy with our stay.

High School sweethearts, Bob & I married in 2000 and have a son, Nathan. We grew up and live in a suburb of Cincinnati. Bob works in law enforcement and I am a dental hygienist. Among our dreams was to one day own a vacation home. In 2020 we were blessed to realize that dream.

Over the last few years we have been renting homes in Cumberland Resorts with our closest friends. We loved the views, the pools, the lake, the people, and the many nearby things to do.

When we decided to pursue our vacation home goal, the beautiful Cumberland Resorts was at the top of our list. During a weekend rental with our friends, we were out for a walk in the resort when we met a nice couple on their front porch. They mentioned they would consider selling and gave a tour of the home. This chance encounter resulted in the vacation home we always dreamed of.
