A cozy, newly renovated home away from home in an ideal location! 5 minute drive to the Mall of Georgia and nearby restaurants, 20 mins to Lake Lanier Chateau Elan, and Sugarloaf Mills. Walmart and Costco minutes away! King & queen-sized beds, fireplace, big-screen smart TV in the living room, and an en-suite bathroom in the master. Washer and dryer on site. Ample parking- a two-door garage and a driveway big enough for 4 cars.

This spacious single home is located on a safe neighborhood but not too far from major highways like I985 and I85, and only 30 minutes north of Atlanta! Other nearby places of interest include Gwinnett Environmental Heritage Center, Ashton Gardens Wedding Estates, Northside Hospital, Coolray Field, the Infinite Energy Arena, Rhodes Jordan Park, Mall of Georgia, and Suwannee Town Center, there are unlimited attraction and things to fill your time during your stay. Wonderful Stay

A few friends and I came to town for a golf trip and the house was perfect for our stay. The house was clean, easy to access, and close to everything you could need. We will stay here again if we come back to town!

Great Place

We stayed here for a baseball tournament as a team and it was a great location. The host was very responsive and the place was very clean. We would stay there again.

It was a great house, would stay here again. The owner answered immediately when we had a problem locking ourselves out. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Amazing rental

I stay here every time I come to Buford the Host is amazing. The house is clean. It’s better than the description. Enjoyable stay I will stay here every time I come to Georgia.

Perfect Space for Conference Lodging

Property was as described, comfortable, clean andrelaxing with easy access. Group of 5 co-workers stayed for 4 days while attending a conference. It was perfect for gathering in the evenings to process the day and conference. Restaurants, grocery all close and easily accessible. Much better experience than being cloistered away from one anther in a hotel. Highly recommend for groups and families.

Stayed here for a wedding at Four Oaks Manor. Distance to venue was great. The house was super clean, had all the amenities we needed. Kids loved the basement with the ping pong table. Communication with owner was easy and quick. The driveway is steep downhill and the road you have to back out on is very busy. Just be prepared for that. The only critique would be the humidity in the house. There was a dehumidifier in the basement but not upstairs. Would recommend getting a ceiling fan in all rooms to keep the air moving. Minor detail and wouldn't keep us from staying here again. Definitely recommend!

Great location, lovely home

We stayed at this property for my sister-in-law's wedding (she was getting married at the nature center up the road), and it was just perfect for me, my husband, our two girls, and my in-laws. We loved how close the house was to shops and grocery stores, but also how it felt in the woods and like our kids could run around and play. We used both the upstairs and downstairs space for last minute wedding organization as well as for the bridal party to do hair and makeup, and we loved that the house fit us comfortably, was pretty for pictures, and had everything we needed to keep everyone happy and fed. Our host was so kind and responsive. We appreciate this home and we so enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Great stay, if you don't mind having your every move monitored.

The "host" has cameras set up facing the driveway and monitors your every move. Every time we left the property or came back we would get a new message giving us a new "house rule." It even seemed as though they could see what we were doing INSIDE the house(creepy). After all was said and done they charged us an additional $250 for "breaking" a house rule when we had an "unapproved" visitor(family). However, the house rules only state a $250 fee for pets. We certainly had no pets, and their surveillance dragnet can prove it. I would not stay here unless you like hidden fees and being on an involuntary episode of Big Brother. Which, by the way, their surveillance is in violation of Georgia state laws and VRBO terms and conditions.

David booked the house for 2 adults and 2 children and they invited guests without our permission , he definitely throw a event/ party., guests bring presents!My house it’s strictly No events policy., he refuses to communicate with me after I reminded him the house rules and I know he knew about before booking but he chooses to broke it anyway Yes we do have one camera in the front of the house for security reasons and make sure the guests are safe! My policy it says no extra guests period unless it’s authorized

🥰A Home away from Home!!

✨WoW! What an fantastic property. First things first, The property is just as described an actually looks much more amazing than the pictures. Very clean, cozy, comfortable, modern and quiet location. Not to small and not to big. There are 3 Bedrooms on the main floor then another large bedroom in the finished basement off the game room.🤩 The host Daniela was very accessible and tentative to our needs. We had made some last minute changes and she responded immediately with out hesitation and had no issues with our changes. The main thing here was communication. She checked in on us via messaging to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. Very convenient area with food, shopping and activities all with in minutes from the home. Oh I almost forgot, the home is literally about 2 to 4 minutes from the Mall of Georgia. If your looking for a great place to stay around the Mall of Georgia area you cant go wrong with this rental. I100% recommend this home. Not only is the host amazing, but the home is a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again if needed in the future. 😍😊

Such a sweet little house

Perfect location and so close to everything in Buford. The house was so clean and I appreciated having a garage to park in. We loved the esthetic of the house and how every little detail had been thought of. The back deck is great for drinking coffee and is very private and secluded. We will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Cozy and clean stay

The property manager was easy to get a hold of. It was a pleasant stay. The only complaint was that a few doors down, some neighbors had loud music on every night throughout the night and the street the house is on is somewhat a little busier than we intended. But overall, the stay was great! Had a ping pong table which kept us entertained the space was enough to accomodate us all!
