Our hostess was very, very accessable, and very sweet and generous. The rental was very private, clean and comfortable. Both nights we got to have a wonderful little fire to sit beside, and the barbecue was great to use for dinners. Lots of good movies. I watched the Green Mile for the first time...wow.

Anne was the the absolute best host, such a beautiful woman inside and out with a heart of gold, she made sure everything was absolutely perfect in every aspect I truly was blessed to have found this location, I absolutely recommend

Absolutely spotless, beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. The back porch that backs up to the woods is peaceful. This is a great place to rest and unwind. Anne was kind and caring and even left us delicious gourmet muffins to welcome us. I do plan to come back when possible! Next time I will explore the trails behind the cabin— with only one night we didn’t have time but plan to visit again to explore these.

We loved our stay at Ozark Hideaway! Anne welcomed us with tasty muffins, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property is beautiful and has some amazing views!

The best peaceful retreat you could over hope for! the trails were beautiful and well marked, the waterfall was gorgeous and relaxing, the cabin was cute and cozy. My dogs and I had the best time while we were there.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Such a nice quiet, beautiful location!! Enjoyed visiting with the fur babies every morning and evening.. Such a nice cabin and the muffins were amazing!! Thank you Anne and fur babies!!

Anne is a wonderful host, and her little cabin suited us just fine. Not fancy, but very comfortable and clean. Beautiful setting. It's about 5 miles from the paved highway, but the gravel road is very well maintained, and the property is near the end of the road, so very little traffic. Take some hiking shoes and explore the 90 acre property on the well-maintained trails. We enjoyed everything about staying here.

What a great place to stay! The host is very welcoming, helpful, and an all around great person. The cabiin has everything you'd want including a washer and dryer. The property has hiking trails right out the back door. We had a great time exploring the area from the Mark Twain forest to trails around Northern Arkansas.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The cabin is so quaint and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The host, Anne, is an exceptional person that shows true care for the property and for her guests. We felt right at home here and loved the fact she took a little time out of her schedule to chat with us. The land is beautiful, and the trails Anne maintains on the property are perfect for a morning hike! You will not go wrong staying here if peace and tranquility are what you are after!

Wonderful little cabin!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location was perfect for us. The cabin was cozy and welcoming, we enjoyed the trails as soon as we got there. Kitchen was well stocked, and bed was comfortable.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! The location was so peaceful and relaxing and everything promised. I enjoyed the trails and the thought that went into welcoming me to the property. Anne was amazing and I have already referred several people who were looking for something similar. I will definitely be back.
The cabin is so cute and absolutely everything you could want in a retreat.
Absolutely stunning sunsets from the patio.
The trails are great and well marked.

We loved our stay at this cabin that is truly in the woods! We had everything we needed and more. Super clean, quiet, & so peaceful. If you're looking to get away & just relax this is the place! Anne also has the best communication & great baking skills

This was one of the BEST stays I’ve ever had. The cabin was immaculate, the grounds beautiful, the amenities stocked, and most amazingly - our hostess Anne was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. Staying here felt like staying at home - it was just perfect and I would absolutely come back, no question about it. If you want to stay somewhere secluded, tranquil, beautiful, and relaxing - CHOOSE THIS HIDEAWAY! There’s marked trails to hike ON the property, beautiful stargazing opportunity, you’re 10 minutes from a grocery store, and 20-30 from nature activities of your choice. It may seem distant from civilization - but these days, that’s not so bad. Anne will make you feel right at home and your stay with leave you wishing to take a few extra days of PTO to stay longer! 10/5 stars!

Our getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. The hike to the waterfall was beautiful. It was so peaceful and relaxing. If we make it back to Missouri this cabin is definitely on our places stay list. Oh..and she makes the best zucchini blueberry muffins <3
