Ocean front complex, ocean and lagoon view villa. A quiet, natural paradise.

An oceanfront complex with all of the amenities to make for a great vacation. The Spa is a pet-free, family-friendly, gated community. Our Villa is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, & Sleeps 6. It has recently been fully renovated. Stylishly design to give an upscale yet homey feel. Each bedroom features blackout shades. The living room and enclosed balcony welcomes stretching out and relaxing. Open the screened balcony to enjoy the breeze, sights and sounds of the lagoon and ocean. There is high-speed wi-fi throughout the villa and outdoor complex. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and in each of the bedrooms. Cable TV and streaming services through Spectum Xumo service are available on all TVs. Xumo is a streaming box, much like Roku or a Firestick.
The main bathroom features a step-in shower with a multi-choice shower head. The second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination. There is a coffee bar with Keurig and electric kettle. A variety of K-cups and teas are available for your morning jolt or evening sleepy-time . Our villa is cleaned in a professional manner after each guest with high sanitizing standards.

The Spa complex features tennis and basketball courts. There are two outdoor pools open April 1 through Oct 31. There is a heated indoor pool open year round. A hot tub, gym, and sauna are also available. There is guest wi-fi available by all of the pools,. 24-Hour security is present at the entrance gate. The Hilton Head bicycle trail is also at the entrance gate.

The master bedroom features a luxurious King-sized bed and the second bedroom features an equally comfortable Queen-sized bed. The renovated kitchen has everything required to prepare meals. The island in the kitchen offers a place to sit, chat and enjoy a meal together.

The beach is a fantastic place to learn more about wildlife. This side Island is a paradise for bird -watching lovers. Loggerhead Turtles, an endangered species, come to shore during the summer to bury their eggs. Your villa is just a short walk from the beach through lovely gardens, a lagoon with large koi and fountains, beautiful landscape, and towering trees.
This unique villa overlooks the complex's lagoon and has a view of the Sound and Atlantic Ocean. Walk out your door and you are just steps from the beach or pools. Right across the road from the entrance of the complex, you will find the Mitchelville Freedom Park and Fish Haul Park. Enjoy the beautiful trail, look for unique birds, and take a few minutes to enjoy the Toni Morrison 'Bench by the Road' in Mitchelville Freedom Park; all just a short walk from your Villa.

Home from home!

Had a lovely time in this very comfortable and well equipped apartment. The setting and area are beautiful and it was close enough for us to visit Savannah and Beaufort several times. Highly recommended!!

Great Month Long Getaway

Beautiful updated kitchen and bath. Loved the location- it was tucked away. The property was more of a nature area which we were looking for. The ā€œbeachā€ area is more of a place for walks and exploring nature but we were maybe 7 minutes to Folly Field Beach which was fantastic. Would highly recommend for a shorter stay than 4 1/2 weeks.

Everything was just as described. There was dried food drippings on the kitchen cabinets and on one door frame, but I believe this was a fault of the cleaning service and not the host. The host was very responsive, we could not get into the condo at first and we called and she immediately picked up and helped us through. The location next to the beach was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Very happy with the condo and its location in the complex. It is in the building closest to the water and that is good to advertise. The beach is a little different than many. We liked how quiet it was at first, but then realized we missed the crash of waves, because there were none here. The next day we drove down to Islanders Park and spent the day there. Very nice trip and would definitely stay here again. Owner was super responsive about any issues.

We had an issue at check in as the condo had not been cleaned. We messaged the owner and she had a crew over to clean within the hour and she refunded the cleaning fee. She was very professional and responsive. Other than that, the condo was well appointed as well as decorated and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely quiet property

Since we didnā€™t pay top dollar we werenā€™t sure what to expect. It was a little drive 10-20 min from restaurants etc. The property is a little older but very well kept. It was quiet and clean. We enjoyed walking on the beach and reading by the pool. The bird life was cool to watch. We would definitely recommend this place!

Serenity is real!

-10/10 for the gardens sound combo. The serenity in this little villa is real!! -10/10 for all the minute and thoughtful details the owner has given max attention. Just to give a few examples -- the red light torch for exploring turtles during night times, to go boxes for leftover food, everything the kitchen and dishwasher needs, ... We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay!!Thanks.

Lagoon view

Host was extremely responsive. View of lagoon is great. Condo was exactly as pictured. Airplanes going overhead occasionally were fun to watch and didnt bother us in any way. Grounds on property are beautiful. Shirley our host went above and beyond. Would definately stay here again. It was so homey and comfortable.

Shirley was an excellent host and communicated everything very clearly from the three ring binder we found in the facility to the messages and communications we had while we were there with the upcoming weather concerns. The facility was clean- tidy, and the extra amenities is provided for us like the water bottles and the snacks in the welcome basket were so nice and so unexpected! While we were there, we found that we were close to everything as described and enjoyed walks on the beach every morning and every evening. We were able to find all the restaurants we wanted to eat at and museums that we wanted to visit very easily. Wonderful little neighborhood spot we cannot express enough how much we appreciated the availability of being able to reach out to our host with questions and the timely responses we received . We loved the attention that they have put to the details to make our stay more enjoyable. We found books and magazines and games set up extra pillows and blankets also. Hosts for this condo were above and beyond.

Beach weekend

Wonderful stay with my daughter and two grandchildren. The kids really enjoyed the tidal pools and being able to see all the crabs and other interesting things along the marshy area. I would like to note that some of the beach area, when tide is out, is difficult to walk on, as you sink and get muddy sand on you, mostly an issue when chasing my 4 year old grandson! lol But we loved being there! Such a neat experience!

Had a good time, loved the place, very clean and amenities were good. My only complaint was I did not know that there was no elevator, very hard for elderly to climb the stairs. If not for that I would stay there again.

Perfect for our spring break vacay (relax and restore)

This property was beautiful! Could just see the beach from the balcony, but who even cared bc the property itself is so beautiful! Everything ab it was perfect for the relaxing, nature and family filled spring break we wanted! Have absolutely no complaints! Will def be back!!

The property was a very nice complex, with waterfalls, palm trees, multiple pools, close range to beach and great restaurants. Condo was clean, had a nice balcony with view. Had kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. Did not have beach towels, lounge chairs for beach or any refrigerator items, small amount of toilet paper. I was there for a wedding and didnt need these things but for someone who does, fyi. My friend stayed at same complex and it was fully stocked with these items. I Would definitely stay at thiscomplex again.

The Spa of Port Royal is on the quiet part of Hilton Head Island. It is truly a vacation escape. Why not truly getaway to this beautiful and natural beach. It is a wonder place for the young and young at heart explorers. You will find interesting wildlife, birds, shells, fossilized sharks teeth, granite stones and if you are lucky, during the right season, you may view the loggerhead turtles who come back to lay their eggs.
You can explore the history of this barrier island through the Gullah culture with a short walk to the Historic Mitchelville Freedong Park which features walking trails, a wetland observation deck and picnic pavilion. It is actively being developed to replicate the homes, churches, stores and other structures that showcase the life of the areas Gullah people.
