Welcome to the best seaside value on Hilton Head Island! Our well appointed Hilton Head Resort villa offers true refined Oceanside comfort. The views from the balcony are exceptional and change on the hour--from the incredible soft morning sunrise to the warm evening glow across the Atlantic from a westerly sunset. Located in building one, the most coveted location in the complex, the front of our villa overlooks a large freestyle pool in the courtyard below. Being on the third floor just above the palm tree line allows for clear, unobstructed views across the wildlife-filled marsh to the ocean.

The villa has an open living and dining area, full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and balcony--all meticulously decorated in oceanic themes and colors. The living area is equipped with a 39'' wall mounted television and DVD with 5.1 surround sound. Although Hilton Head offers many fabulous restaurants, if your preference is to eat in, you'll have no problem preparing meals in the coastal cottage kitchen with granite counters and glass tile back splash. It has a full range, refrigerator, dishwasher, over the range microwave, and is well stocked with all the kitchen amenities you would ever need.

Hilton Head is famous for its wide stretching beaches, and the oceanfront is just a short leisurely stroll down the boardwalk which is directly below our villa. Along the way you will encounter abundant sea-marsh wildlife from turtles to egrets. If you prefer a quicker route, just hop aboard the beach shuttle which has regular seasonal runs throughout the day. At the end of the boardwalk, you'll find Coco's--a wonderful, island-themed bar and grill.

Hilton Head Resort offers three adult sized pools (two outdoor, one indoor), one child's pool, a gift shop, poolside restaurant and deli, beach front grill and bar, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, indoor walking track, FREE Wifi, bike rental, six lighted tennis courts, beach volleyball court, badmitton, beach front restrooms, and a gated and guarded complex with 24/7 security. Abundant golfing is in either direction when leaving the resort grounds. All in all, we think you will thoroughly enjoy your stay at our villa in Hilton Head Resort--we welcome you to tranquility. We enjoyed our stay. The condo is as advertised. The view is nice, the apartment is clean and cozy. The manager communicates quickly and is extremely helpful. Easy access to the beach and the main pool is in the courtyard. This is a perfect condo for a family vacation! We would love to stay here again.

WONDERFUL LOCATION AND AMENITIES

We really enjoyed our week at HHI. The onsite bar & grill by the pool was super convenient for our kids to grab lunch, as well as Coco's while on the beach. We almost always walked the boardwalk to the beach, but having the golf cart available to bring us back a few times was wonderful when we were hot and tired. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was a perfect location as it was much quieter than down by Coligny. We really enjoyed the Shelter Cove dining and shopping area just a mile or two down the road as well. We would absolutely return again!

Nothing beats this view! The best 2 bedroom villa to rent in HHR. The owners were wonderful to work with. The villa was immaculate. The storage unit under the building was such a win. Thank you for providing all the things to make the beach so enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the view from the porch and the location was perfect for getting to the beach. The owner was in constant communication and very helpful. Will stay again.

Great location, awesome view of marshland and ocean. Close to shopping. Wonderful pool, spa, steam, sauna, gym and indoor track! Friendly staff ready to help with any questions or needs. Clean/Comfortable condo and thoughtful Host

My husband, sons, and I met with a few other families staying in area. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We saw a few of the other rooms that our friends were in and this one by far was the nicest and it is well taken care of. The view truly is beautiful. Host provided board games, movies, and cable which was a huge plus after a long day having fun in the sun. They even provided a first aid kit and jellyfish “ spray”, which came in handy. Thank you again! We had a blast

My husband and I loved our stay! The villa was beautiful fully stacked with everything you need and more. The ocean, marsh and boardwalk view from the balcony was amazing! The owner was fantastic, great communication! Definitely will plan to stay there again!

Unbeatable View

Our family of five really enjoyed our Hilton Head Getaway thanks to this wonderful condo and its amazing hosts. We typically stay at the Disney Resort or Shelter Cove, but we wanted to experience a stay on the beach. This condo’s incredible view combined the best of both worlds — the marsh we love and the beach in the distance. Plus, it was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The beach locker with a wagon and chairs was an incredible touch too. The boardwalk shuttle was a nice plus for those days when we needed a break from the walk. And Coco’s was really good. We enjoyed way more time there than we expected. The only negative for us is that the resort itself (nothing to do with the hosts) is in need of a facelift. The elevator in our building was apparently the only one working by the time we left. We

A Magical Place by the Beach!

This condo is beautifully remodeled and decorated. The seperation between the two bedrooms made for peaceful coexistance! Our view of the marsh and ocean was fabulous. Being right over the boardwalk, we watched families headed to and from Coco's and the beach. It was convenient for our many walks to the ocean also. And bird watching was fun. Jae has outfitted her property with all of the essentials, it's just enough, not too much. The kitchen has what you need and the equipment is in great condition. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Great stay

We had a great 5 nights here. The view of the beach is great, and with small kids that wake up early, I got to see 5 beautiful sunrises. The walk to the beach looks far but doesn’t take long, and the wagon provided was clutch. Cocos at the beach is good but hours were limited (11-6) during our stay. Very cool to look for the alligator that lives in the pond below the balcony. The pool was also great and had good music playing. The bedrooms are on the small side but fit our family of 4 just fine. The indoor pool is a little outdated but we would’ve used it had the weather been bad. Kids found a live sand dollar and many starfish on the beach, at low tide an inlet is created that is great for small kids to play safely in the water if there are bigger waves. Only thing I wish were different would be an elevator closer to the room, we certainly got our stair steps in. All in all a great stay!

Beautiful ocean view

Great location at the back of the condo complex that gave us an unobstructed view of the boardwalk all the way to the ocean. Clean and comfortable, well stocked. Really enjoyed our stay. Great location not far from beach(5 min walk on private boardwalk), restaurants and shops.

Spectaculation Stay!

We had an amazing time during our first family trip to Hilton Head Island! Jae's place was exactly as pictured and SO comfortable for two adults and three children. We had a wonderful time! The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we were so comfortable at the condo. Every little thing was perfect, from the stocked kitchen to the beach chairs and wagon to the comfy beds and perfect location. It was truly a wonderful little spring break trip and we'd love to stay there again sometime!

Great winter getaway

Beautiful sunrise view every morning. Boardwalk to the beach right below the villa. Beautiful birds in the marsh area.Convenient location with a nice pool, spa, fitness center & indoor track! Villa was clean, nicely decorated with seaside flair, fully stocked kitchen! We spent Jan & Feb here and absolutely loved our stay! Will return for more sunrises & much needed R&R!!!

We searched for several years on the North & South Carolina coasts to find just the right beach home for our family. Upon comparing many areas, Hilton Head was an easy choice for us. It is calm, relaxing, and family friendly, but not desolate. There is a large variety of activities throughout the island and surrounding towns. We love history, and with Savannah and Beaufort nearby, there are always wonderful options in either place for touring and enjoying the Historic sites. One of the best things about Hilton Head is the warm climate. Even in the fall and winter months, there can be as much as a 20 degree difference from our permanent home which is just five hours away. Hilton Head is an exceptional destination at any time of the year.

We enjoy the incredible view more than any other benefit our unit offers. Our view is very unique not only to most Hilton Head Resort units, but to Hilton Head in general as well. Hilton Head resort is situated directly in front of a protected tidal creek and marsh, and our condo has one of the best views in the entire complex. From our balcony you not only see the beach and ocean front, but an incredible eco-friendly marsh and tidal creek teaming with exotic birds and various wildlife. It is an incredible and very unique vantage point.
