LAKEFRONT, SUNSETS, PRIVATE DOCK, PEDAL BOAT, BOAT RAMP VERY CLOSE (less than 1/2 mile), ask about KAYAKS, Fishing is great. Quiet rural area. Fire pit in back yard. Great WALKING and HIKING area. Kitchen fully equipped. Beautiful sunsets, plenty of deer/more wildlife sightings. Particular attention to comfy beds, bedroom 2 with blackout curtains with option to open for sunlight. Split level home with living room SmartTV and bonus room SmartTV. Screened in deck with tables and plenty of seating, including zeros gravity chairs. Back patio with rocking bench. Find plenty of peace and relaxation. Two charcoal grills. Kentucky Lake Tennessee River. Near the south end of Land Between the Lakes LBL, across from Paris Landing State Park (~10 minutes by boat or ~20 minute drive). EXPLORE Dover history and wildlife reserves. The heart of Paris, TN (World's Greatest Catfish Fry, Country Music Festival, Poker Run, Breaker's Marina, more) about 33 minutes drive and Clarksville about 50 minutes drive. This home is near the Kentucky Tennessee border on Kentucky Lake. Perfect lake getaway! From the quiet drive into the subdivision to the slightly secluded property the private dock in a small cove this propterty sits on your vacation begins with RELAX. The house had everything we needed and more for my husband and me and our 4 adult children. This was definitely one of those just bring a suitcase and your good kind of places. Groceries, dining, and historical sites nearby. The best part was Laurie sharing local info with me about the area weeks before our trip. She was great and we will definitely be back. Thanks again for the kayak rental it wouldn't have been the same without them. Fish were plenty, sunsets were stunning and coffe on the porch and dock stated everday just right.-the Godwins

Great vacation!

This house was beautiful. The hostess was Amazing! She sent me a ton of area info and info on the house a few weeks before we arrived. She was quick to respond and accommodating in every way! It was quite a drive to go anywhere but absolutely worth it!! Ethan rented us his kayaks and we had a lot of fun just exploring. Caught a lot of fish and had a great day on the boat-rented from Paris Landing pontoon who were extremely nice! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet get away!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Eagle shore property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home is greatly situated on the lake with very easy access to a large dock and fairly flat property for enjoying outdoor games such as corn hole and launching our kayaks from the bank. The home itself was very clean and well furnished with everything we needed to have a nice gathering with friends.The host was exceptional: responsive, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to making it a great stay. The host communicated well before our stay and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the lake. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Much more than expected.

Very clean, and well kept and updated. Pier access was a huge plus. Communication with Laurie was excellent. Pretty much everything you could want for an extended stay on the lake. Only reason not 5 stars all around is that it is remote, 25 minutes pretty much anywhere you want to go. But don't let that stop you from renting. We will be back, and bringing my own boat next time! A true gem!

Comfortable and Clean

Nice get away with family. Host was very polite and accommodating. The home was immaculately clean. Access to private dock was awesome, fishing was pretty good despite being at winter pool.

This is a beautiful and serene property with everything you would need to have a relaxing stay. Annual cousin trip

House and property all that was described, enjoyed our stay, brought our center console explored the lake and fished, caught some nice fish off the dock, we had a great time.

What A Week!

The only bad part of the trip was leaving! The home and property are exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious, comfortable house. Although we honestly spent most of our time on the large, partially covered dock swimming, kayaking, fishing, and relaxing. The host (Laurie) makes checking in super easy and is always there to answer questions and lend advice regarding the local area. We definitely plan to return.

Wonderful stay! Very relaxing!

Our 3rd girls trip and this house is perfect as always. We enjoy the dock and screen in porch the most. Very quiet place. Will be back again. Owners are very nice and informative.

Relaxing on the lake

Laurie, the owner, was very easy to communicate with. Answered any questions we had as far as pontoon rental, getting fishing licenses, local restaurants and stores. Even helped set us up with kayak rental. House had easy access to the lake. We could swim right off the swim deck and even park our pontoon at the boat dock. We had a great time swimming, kayaking, and fishing right off the dock! House was very clean and very well stocked. One of the best stocked houses I've ever seen in a rental. Definitely going to stay here again! us up with jayaks

Great getaway from the hustle and bustle!!

My husband and I loved it here. The host is incredibly kind and goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your trip! The views are gorgeous as well as the house.

True seclusion

The house was great, even better than the pictures and very comfortable and clean. The kids loved the bunk bed room and had to take a night trying out every single bed in there 😆 We got a couple of sunny days and those were spent on the dock swimming, jumping off the rope swing, fishing and kayaking. It was very peaceful. There were some rainy days and during those we did a lot of reading on the porch and games. The town isn’t too far away but there isn’t a whole lot to do but that was our plan from the get go. So nothing so it worked for us! We saw a TON of different wildlife. Laurie was excellent at communicating throughout the whole process. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful, well maintained home

This property is absolutely beautiful! We had 6 adults and 2 children, and the house was more than large enough! The host was super helpful with ideas to do around the area and answered any questions we had quickly! This property is most definitely worth the price! If we ever find ourselves in this area, we will check this property for a stay before anywhere else!

Family vacation

The house was immaculate. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of seven. Everyone had a comfortable bed. Only problem was that we were 30 minutes from civilization so when you are told to bring everything, do it.

Very Nice Get-a-Way

Really liked the house and enjoyed the lake view from the enclosed-in porch. Property was private. The house was equipped with everything especially in the kitchen. The house was clean. Laurie was quick with responding to our questions and was very helpful with all kinds of information regarding places to eat and etc. Very close getting to the Land Between Lakes Recreational area. It was a very nice get-a-way. Can't complain at all!

Quiet and Tucked away from the busyness of everyday life

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The amenities and local options met expectations fully. The only caution we would give to future renters would be prepare yourself for the long, winding road in and out… It’s might be the longest “snake trail” you’ll ever travel:)

Private dock, neighborhood private accessible boat ramp, year round waterfront water view, peaceful place loaded with nature. Flat, easy walk to dock. Easy access to water. Boat can be tied off at the dock on either side. **NOTE**: The covered boat slip stores the homeowner's boat. Guests park their boat on either the left side or on the right side. Electric is available. Guests are encouraged to bring their own extension cord(s) as needed for charging or other electrical needs.
