The long, palm-lined drive brings you to a large private courtyard and garden. Beyond the front door is a stunning house and one of the most dazzling oceans views on island. Panoramic vistas flow from every room and terrace. The colors are magical. An expansive stretch of sapphire sea is framed by the villa's gardens and the rich blue sky. The large contoured pool edges overlap the lawn adding crystal blue tones to the scene.

The house is open, airy and spacious; a perfect villa for an extended family, weddings or company retreat. It has everything you need to enjoy the day from dawn until dusk. The overall decor is sleek, elegant and contemporary but never boring. The large interior living room, perfect for conversation or entertainment, tastefully mixes natural elements and rich tones; dark wood and teak, wicker, cream and pops of color. Pocket doors disappear into the walls enhancing the view. Although sea views and breezes abound, the great room is fully air conditioned.

The interior dining room sits adjacent to the unique kitchen area. Divided into two rooms, half the space is devoted to a gorgeous chef's kitchen with flat screen TV. The other half is a fabulous gathering space with bar and seating. A cozy al fresco dining area sits in the courtyard just off the bar. Deep covered terraces and open sundecks surround the house, the main pool and lap pool. Comfortable lounges and dining spaces abound.

The four equal size bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Two sit on each end of the villa.

Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way.
By car its about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.

Getting Around:
You will be met at the airport when you arrive by your driver. Look for Tony who will be standing curb side and will be wearing a black button down shirt with The Property Ink’s Logo. He will drive you to the villa or to collect your car rental; this service is complimentary and the vehicle can hold up to 14 people, with one piece of luggage per passenger. Your housekeeper will be waiting for you at the villa for check-in. To welcome you to Saint Martin you are offered one complimentary arrival transfer courtesy of The Property Ink. Any additional arrival or departure transfers are to be requested, and paid for in cash directly to the driver. Please contact your pre-arrival concierge for pricing and reservations. Please note the cost of transfers vary depending on the amount of passengers. If you wish to leave your vehicle at the villa on departure you will need to consult with your rental company to confirm if they allow this, note additional charges may apply. Please remember to fill your gas tank back up so that no additional charges will occur.
