While being on the beach is certainly a bonus feature of the villa, there are onsite amenities that only enhance the value. Only a few minutes from the Princess Juliana International Airport on the French side of the island, it is also moments from the many delights of the Simpson Bay and Maho Beach areas with their premiere bars, restaurants, clubs, shops and other exciting options.

For one thing, the massive pool deck is likely to become an unforgettable gathering spot. With the elegant stretch of pool, the roomy sun deck with lounges and sun beds alongside al fresco dining, and the large verandah, it is perfect for sunbathing, stargazing, and sunset or sunrise experiences. Sitting just above the beach, it offers a private world from which to enjoy the unprecedented views. On another level, a sunny terrace brings you even closer to the beach and includes a small dining area and lounge spot, and still another balcony sits even with the swaying palms and offers more scenery.

Guests will have access to all areas of the property; with the exception of the utility room.

We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Mary's Beach Villa is not set up to be a party house. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.

Mary's Beach Villa is made up of 2 adjoining homes. The beach house side has 4 bedrooms/4 baths; all with an ocean view. The cottage side has 2 bedrooms/2 baths; with 3 seperate beds and can sleep 6 people. All rooms have ensuite baths! All common areas and bedrooms are fully air conditioned and equipped with smart TV's. You can relax poolside with 2 pools to choose from, enjoy outdoor meals (al fresco syle), or take advantage of the spacious rooftop terrace with the perfect backdrop of nearby island Saba across the Caribbean Sea. The villa is only a 5 or 10 minute walk to 2 spectacular beaches nearby; Simpson Bay Beach and Maho Beach. There are 2 gated driveways for up to 4 vehicles. It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are a 10 minute walk away.
