Bitterroot Bungalow is a beautiful, spacious & light-filled vacation home boasting 150' of private shoreline with a private dock on the lovely Little Bitterroot Lake in Marion, MT. Guests will love the decks with fantastic lake views, front & back yards & pebble beach & brand new boat/swimming docks.
Bitterroot Bungalow offers 4,000 sq. feet laid out over 2 floors. The lower level offers a living room with a large Smart TV, gas fireplace, patio doors leading out to the lake & 2 bedrooms. One lower level bedroom offers a king bed and the bunk-room offers 2 queen beds as well as a full/twin bunk.
Upstairs offers an open, airy & comfortable layout with a large living room designed for visiting & relaxing while taking in the amazing views of the lake & mountains!
While vacationing at Bitterroot Bungalow you and your family will appreciate the expansive kitchen/dining areas, as well! Also on the main floor you will find the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, balcony/deck, and amazing master bath! There is a bonus study with a pull out queen sofa on this entry-level, as well, offering plenty of sleeping arrangements for your group!
House Rules:
Please discuss dock usage details with host as it is meant for day use only as well as swimming, all at your own risk. Public ramp for launch & retrieve is 3 miles away.
Guests must agree to all house/property/neighborhood rules: Guests must observe the 200' no-wake zone. No parties. Be courteous to neighbors & the neighborhood. 15 MPH in neighborhood. No parking on or along the road. No pollution in the lake including soap/shampoo. Contact property manager for rules and information regarding boat dock. Waiver & release of liability will be requires for boat dock use. No pets allowed. Fire pit use only under certain circumstances (see local authority for daily fire restriction information). Absolutely no fireworks.
