Perfect lake place

We had the perfect week at the lake. Sherry and Craig were amazing hosts! They shared great fishing location tips. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook at the property. The house is gorgeous and cozy and fun. The location on the lake is ideal. The hardest thing we had to do was leave. We canā€™t say enough wonderful things about this place and these hosts!

Spotless Lake house Retreat

We absolutely loved staying at the Hummingbird Lake House! The setting is beautiful, the cabin was immaculate, Sherry and Craig were very accommodating. We highly recommend taking a vacation there!

This is our 2nd stay and it was exceptional. The cabin is stocked with really nice amenities and we had everything we needed during our stay. We had 7 adults and it had plenty of room for us all to stay comfortably. We fished and swam every day. Ashley Lake is the most beautiful lake you've ever seen. We cooked all of our meals at the cabin and had everything we needed there. The cabin is well stocked and very clean. Sherry was great to work with. She provided check in information well before our stay and stayed in touch before we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. It really felt like our home away from home. Perfect rental for our family!

This is our second stay at the Hummingbird Lake House. It has been perfect in every way. The cleanliness & entire set up for space, activities, & furnishings is wonderful! Awesome lake house!

Hummingbird House is a treasure on beautiful Ashley lake. It is super clean, cute and very well stocked. Sherry and her husband met us at the property to show us around. We loved sitting on the deck, fishing with provided equipment from the little pedal boat, SUPing and bird watching. So quiet and calm. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us!

Paradise on Earth

Fantastic views. Reminded us of the Caribbean. Enjoyed fishing in the morning and sitting by the fire at night. Enjoyed nightly visits of young deer walking through the yard. The hosts were fantastic. They meet us at check in and answered all our questions. We will definitely return.

Covid-19 get away

The cabin was beautiful! The lake is the most beautiful blue, and amazingly clear. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. They even had worms for fishing, and ingredients for sā€™mores at the cabin for us. We wanted a get away to escape all the craziness, and this was perfect!!

Very nice clean cabin on absolutely gorgeous lake

Our stay at the cabin was very enjoyable. Sherry was very responsive to all our questions and needs. The cabin is very cozy and well maintained with its own boat ramp and deck overlooking beautiful lake Ashley. Our only suggestion would be the addition of more comfortable outdoor furniture to relax on besides the metal chairs.

Lake Cabin

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed to feel at home. It was so peaceful and relaxing! The deck on the lake is perfect to sit and watch the water and wildlife. We enjoyed the fire pit too! The beds were very comfortable and warm. Location is easy to get to and not far from Flathead/Kalispell for other activities. Highly recommended and hope to come back again!

Perfect Lake House

Stayed here with a 7 and 9 year old. Loved the paddle boat, fire pit and especially the extra tiny cabin. Kids slept there and took it over as their own. Beautiful views, quiet, deer, hummingbirds, rabbits on the property everyday. Just perfect

Our favorite place!

We have been staying at the Hummingbird House for the last 4 summers. Itā€™s a great property for our family of 5. The house is clean and has everything we need. Sherry always leaves some special treats for us and is quick to respond to any question or concern. Itā€™s so nice to be able to launch a boat from the property. We had a great week swimming, paddleboarding, and boating. The beauty of Ashley Lake is unsurpassed. It truly is our favorite place!

Ideal property and location for a family vacation.

Our family of 5 had an amazing time at Ashley Lake. The house had everything we needed, the lake is absolutely beautiful and we had so much to do. We played cornhole and darts and spent a lot of time outside enjoying the weather and the view. We really appreciated the provided fishing gear and were able to catch fish off the paddle boat as well as the dock in the early evening. We had a hard time leaving and would love to come back again someday.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time reconnecting as a family away from all the worldly distractions. The lake is beautiful. You can see straight to the floor of the lake. It was amazingly clear. The water was cold so we did not do as much swimming as the kids wanted. We did play catch, watched movies, played board games, paddle boarded, kayaked, rented a jet ski, and just made forever lasting memories. We had such a great time spending time together.

My husband has been coming here for vacations since he was a little boy. This is where he learned to love fishing. Great childhood memories for sure! The majestic mountain views are a sight to behold.
