Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have king size beds and third has twins. Full size futon in den. Dining room seats eight. Well mannered pets, and owner does supply small crate in garage if needed, one medium and large upon request. Fully fenced in backyard. Comfy extra large dog crate in master bed room. Weber Grill in garage. No on street parking. Driveway accommodates three vehicles. Biweekly lawn care on Thursday on front lawn only. House was not clean. Bathrooms were mid but the whole house floors were filthy. Kitchen cabinets & appliances needed to be wiped down. The couch & house smelled like dog, it’s an easy fix to clean leather furniture & mop to remove the dog odor. Back door didn’t close well. Neighborhood was nice, location was good. Can definitely do something to improve the rating for next guests. My guess is they tried to clean it themselves instead of hiring professionals.

Second time here. New host not as responsive. Had to ask neighbor for help contacting him. Back yard way overgrown upon our arrival but after a couple of messages host did take care of it and it looked amazing. Awesome house and location. Great neighbors. Amazing beach. Can't beat it. Beds could be better--they appear to be king size on queen frames--so hang off the edges. House is very open and large which is great. After lubing the chain and pumping the tires I rode the bike with gears about 10 times on the beach. It worked great. Other bike needs a tune up. We love this house and hope to come back again. It is a gem despite the issues with communication.

Great Beach House

House is a great location in a friendly neighborhood short walk to the beach. Owner provides all amenities for families with pets. Second time staying at this house would highly recommend.

Family “Home”

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and is perfect for a family home away from home. Our family includes a small dog, and the owners have made sure she was just as welcome as the rest of us! There is plenty of room to spread out and amenities to keep everyone entertained. It’s a short walk to the surf and easy on/off access from A1A. The house is very spacious, very clean, and very cozy. This property will be our “go-to” from now on when we visit the area.

This property views excellent on website but this was when Claire was overseer. We found out, after incurring some problems ( I.e., tv in br did not work, icemaker did not work, tv and internet went out twice with no reset instructions, shower rod fell down in spare bath). We had one initial contact with Claire’s brother who was no help. We had to go buy batteries to fix tv in br. After that, we got absolutely no response when we texted or called the number we were given for the overseer. This could be an excellent property with right management. Backyard needs complete renovation as had overgrown landscaping and weeds. I believe the main issue was we found out Claire passed away and her brother needs help as he would not respond to the issues we encountered or even offer to fix them. Rent at your own risk.

Nice, Convenient House

This is a nice house with everything and more that we needed for ourselves and our 2 dogs. We all enjoyed spending time in the fenced back yard. Also, the neighbors were all very friendly. We look forward to returning soon.

Spring break trip

This house had everything you could ever need & more. Excellent location. Plenty of room for everyone (5 of us dogs). They even had 1st aide supplies for any emergencies (which we did have). We look forward to staying here again in the future. :)

Dog walks on the beach and more

St Augustine beach has to be seen, beautiful. We really appreciated our dog friendly stay including over sized crate, dog bowls and welcome dog biscuits. The 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect for dog walks(on leash) and sunny afternoon lounging.

Wonderful pet friendly home!

My husband and I rented this home for 7 weeks during the fall/winter. The home is very spacious with neutral colors and immediately felt warm and inviting. The home is packed with everything you need--enough beach chairs, bedding and towels for a small army. The owner was gracious enough to allow us to bring both our dog and cat into the home. She even purchased a cute scratching post for our cat. This is the perfect house if you have dogs! There are dog toys, dog treats, slow feeder bowls and a huge dog crate with pad in the bedroom. The backyard is lovely and completely fenced in--the owner had it trimmed while we were there. All three TVs in the home have Roku which works flawlessly. The Internet is very fast. The washer and dryer work well. The neighborhood is awesome--quiet, clean, friendly. I used one of the bikes in the garage several times to ride on the beach. They have a wheel cart to bring your things to the beach. The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions. One of the screens was ripped while we were in the home and the owner replaced it without any concern. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants. We mountain biked, saw two great music shows at Café 11, played bingo at the Elks club, took our dog to Good Times Dog Bar in Flagler which was amazing, went to the Alligator farm and ate out a lot! There is so much to do in St. Augustine. We would highly recommend renting this home. We were truly sad to leave and cannot wait to return next year!

Beach Getaway

The house was very nice. We had a great vacation. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and a walk to the beach. My family enjoyed being able to get up and walk to the beach. Our dog also enjoyed the house and the beach. Clara was very easy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions. My family didn’t want to leave! We will bring going back!

Wonderful, everything is provided, close to everything you need!

It was a great week! The house was clean and more than what we could have asked for! It met every single thing we were looking for! Great restaurants nearby, easy drive to downtown St Augustine, and easy walk to the beach. Easy communication with the property owner! I couldn’t have asked for more! The kids loved it and we celebrated a birthday with their grandparents. Thank you for a great time making memories!

Amazing Family Vacation

Very relaxing vacation

This is a great house, close to the beach and restaurants in a friendly neighborhood, very clean and well stocked. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable and was laid out for dog owners, our dogs especially loved the outdoor fenced in area. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again!

St Augustine Beach Stay

Can't beat the location of this property - less than a quarter mile walk to the beach and to shops/restaurants on A1A! We appreciate that Clara is very easy to work with and communicative. The house is well maintained with a nice fenced in backyard for the pups. We loved our stay and hope to return! 10/10 star in all categories!

Second Visit

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for the second time, and it exceeded our expectations once again. Nestled in a quiet and dog-friendly neighborhood, it provided the perfect getaway for us and our furry companions. The welcoming atmosphere extended beyond the property itself, as the neighbors were incredibly friendly, often greeting us during our walks or offering a warm hello upon arrival. One of the highlights for us and our dogs was the convenient proximity to the beach, making daily walks a delightful routine. It was evident that the owner took our feedback from our previous stay to heart, as we noticed several improvements that were suggested. With its great locale, attentive owner, and thoughtful amenities, this rental deserves nothing less than two thumbs and eight paws up. We can't wait to return for another stay!

Beautiful home 5 minutes walk to beach

We stayed with our little dog for 3 weeks in February. Daughter and 2 kids joined us for 5 days. Loved the upscale, well equipped kitchen. Fenced back garden was a paradise for our dog. Sunny patio was great for morning coffee or just hanging out. Great TVs and WiFi. Would definitely stay again if we needed family room.

Wonderful Stay

The location is perfect! Very easy walk to the beach and we also walked to breakfast and coffee shops on some mornings. The neighbors were also very quiet and friendly. The host always responded quickly to any questions and was very pleasant to work with. The convenience of having dog kennels on site along with treats and toys was very thoughtful. If we ever come back to the area with a dog we will definitely stay here! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, my family enjoyed it very much!

This was one of the best vacation rentals we stayed at. Best was the beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. Definitely rates a return stay.
