Loved staying at Eddy’s place.

The property is a nice size and very comfortable. The beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi is wonderful!And, we couldn’t ask for a better host. Eddy is so welcoming. Thank you Eddy for treating us so well! And, you loved our almost 10 year old golden retriever (we thinks she’s pretty wonderful too)! Thank you for being such a great and welcoming host.

Due to a death in the fam...

Due to a death in the family our plans for a Palm Springs trip changed. Eddy handled our requests with kindness and sensitivity that came as a wonderful surprise from a stranger. Have no fear dealing with this gentleman--he has true integrity.

Paradise in the desert!

Wow! That about sums it up. Eddy is a fabulous host, very communicative, incredibly kind, and he and his husband clearly put a lot of love into his property. The backyard is perfect and has plenty of shade during the day, the pool is large and has a good-sized "deep" end, the hot tub is nice for the breezy nights, and there is plenty of seating and a couple of tables so we spent the majority of our time outside. Inside his home is also very comfortable. One of the best parts is that they have a huge selection of DVDs in every room; we loved browsing them all and found a few classics for those evenings we decided to relax in front of the TV. And, Eddy is dog-friendly so we could bring our pup! We enjoyed watching her try to learn how to use the doggie door - I think she loved the backyard space even more than we did, by the end of our stay we couldn't keep her inside! Bottom line, if you're seeking a quiet, comfortable, well-apportioned place to stay, don't look any further. Stock up with some groceries for your stay and you'll have no reason to leave, it's paradise!

Terrific property: we absolutely love it and the owner.

We are just completing our second year to rent this lovely property. Almost 10 months in total so we have a lot of experience and exposure to this property. When we first visited this home and walked into the cavernous living room with its 25 foot ceiling, it is a wow factor. Our friends who visit us here are as taken with the spectacular nature of this home as we are. We love this place. We love the beautiful home with its elegant decor, the terrific yard with the huge pool and spa, the beautiful plantings, the wonderful chef's kitchen with every conceivable device and convenience, but we especially love the owner. Eddy Moya is simply one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Whatever we have needed he has supplied. This home is a rare find and the person who grabs it will be a lucky person indeed. We are moving on as we are buying property locally but we will miss this grand home and all the fun that we've had in it. This is a wonderful home and we have been blessed for these last two years to be a part of it.

Very happy with our choice

Beautiful home, awesome host in a great location - what's not to like? We really enjoyed our two month stay at Eddy's property. We would rent again in heartbeat.

Perfect experience!

Owners were super responsive with a couple of issues we found upon move-in. The home has everything you need and more and the pool and backyard are fabulous! Thanks for a great experience!

Photos don't do it justice!

We stayed at Edgars home for April and May and had a blast! The photos of the property really don't do the place justice- it feels like a resort! The open plan living space with high ceilings, large kitchen, grand piano and even a bar. The HUGE garden with beautiful pool. The large master suite leading into the garden. We had such a great time living there and hosting friends and family. It's perfect for anyone with a dog as they have a doggy door leading to the fenced off yard. Edgar was such a great host- super responsive and helpful. We're trying to figure out dates for when we can come back again! Thank you for being such a great host and letting us stay in your lovely home.

Great experience

This was a really great house, beautiful inside with an amazing yard. The location was great, near a good grocery store and restaurants and about 15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. The owner was also great, the place was decorated for Christmas, which made our holidays nicer.

Mini vacation

Absolutely fabulous. Too many amenities to list. Upscale comfortable place, felt like being in best friends home. Ample parking, use of garage, 2nd frig in garage. Beautifully landscaped large back yard with plenty lounging areas, very private. Loved the pool and spa. Eddie walked us through the home, showed us how to use the thermostats, new coffee machine, outside spa dials/heater. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to visiting next year.🥰

Excellent choice

I have nothing but positive things to say about this home and owner. Eddy was kind, considerate, and accessible. The home is spacious and clean. The patio/pool area is the largest of any home we've rented in the Palm Springs area. There was plenty of seating, sun and shade, pool toys, and a grill. The pool itself is quite large with a sizable "deep end". The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to stores and restaurants.

Excellent!

Great place! Pictures truly do not do it justice. Backyard pool and spa were great. Truly relaxing to sit out there. The place had everything you could need. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway this place is perfect. You don't really have to ever leave. Grocery store is conveniently located a few blocks down the street.

Perfect for a family getaway!

My only regret is that we had only 4 nights! The back yard is perfect for children...and Eddy was very accommodating letting me bring my miniature dauchshund. My grandchildren loved the pool and my son in law loved the baby grand! Wish I had the kitchen at home...perfect for cooking big meals. Everything was perfect. We'll be back next year for sure! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great Place to Stay

I stayed at this property with a friend and my girlfriend for four days and it was great! We split our time between relaxing by the pool and being at Coachella all weekend. This is exactly the kind of place you want to come back to to rest after a long day. The owner was very accessible for any issues we had and really wanted us to enjoy our time there! The area is great too. Groceries/gas/food are all a short drive away. I would 100% rent this property again and hope to in the future. A perfect place to enjoy the heat and relax while it was snowing in Canada!

A "Must Return To" Property

I was fortunate to have discovered this property and stayed there with 2 friends. The home is well stocked with linens, towels, toiletries and every kind of kitchen amenity imaginable. We found the accommodations to be easily accessible, well lit, spacious and beautiful. I wish to thank the owner who was courteous, professional and returned all telephone calls in a timely manner. We hope to return to the Palm Springs area later this year and hopefully the home is available during the dates of our trip.

WELL, WE DID RETURN TO THIS BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY. I THOUGHT IT WAS PERFECT BEFORE, BUT THIS TIME WE FOUND ALL NEW APPLIANCES, NEW YARD FURNITURE ETC ETC. WONDERFUL TO FIND AN OWNER WHO RE-INVESTS IN HIS PROPERTY. WE HAD THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME .I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY, EVEN TO THE MOST DISCERNING. THANK YOU EDDY, YOU ARE A DIAMOND.

The home is just perfect luxury, beautiful pool and garden. I was so impressed that I have booked to go again next month, but this time for a special anniversary, so no kids or Grandkids to interrupt the peace and tranquility.

Stayed for one week in th...

Stayed for one week in this lovely home (two couples, but there is plenty of room for three couples). Rooms are extremely large and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. The back yard is amazing with plenty of space and well equipped with loungers and chairs/tables. Pool is very nice as is the spa. The owner, Eddy, is very pleasant and did everything to make our trip special. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.
