This luxurious home is perfect whether you are looking to escape the winter, work remote or take a extended gateway where relaxation and entertaining can be achieved all in one place.Please let us know if there is anything you need to get your stay perfect. We can provide a desk+chair+printer, children’s items, extra beds+ bedding.There is high speed internet and complimentary premium cable.Only 15 mins to downtown PS.

Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in.



POOL:

Please note there is a surcharge to heat both the pool and spa. If our guests would like the pool or spa continuously heated throughout their stay, the surcharge for the heat will be $50/day. Alternatively, if our guests would like heat upon request for the day, the pool heat is then $75/day and the spa heat is $35/day. We kindly ask for all requests for the pool heat to be requested 24 hours prior to check in or before the day it will be used as it takes several hours for our pools to reach desired temperature especially in the cooler winter months. Also, we encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa and jets after each use. Spa only takes 10 mins to heat up.



PETS:

Pets are allowed, as we are pet lovers as well. Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no mess is left behind, $150 is refunded to your credit card and $50 goes towards your pet`s stay. Please let us know you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.



PARKING:

Driveway & Garage Access. No street parking available.



EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:

If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $50, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $50 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.



CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.



FESTIVALS:

Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

FIREWORKS:

fireworks of all kinds are prohibited at all times in the desert, due to the fire danger. Please ensure not to bring them to the property.



RESPONSIBLE RENTING:

We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you.

Please note, the city noise ordinance states music must be played outdoors via cell phone/laptop level, and quiet outdoor hours after 10pm. You are welcome to be outside after 10, but music is not permitted after that time, as to be respectful to neighbors. These are homes, and we appreciate our guests being considerate of that. Excessive noise or music after 10 could result in eviction or fines. These rules are strictly enforced. Thank you for your cooperation.



CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:

Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

Outdoor Heater:

Outdoor heaters are available to rent for $75/heater which includes 1 can of propane. Please reach out if interested.

I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool (“Pool Rules”). I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, “landlord”) retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to: ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users’ Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord; 2. BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain while using the pool, even though such injury, damage, loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of the Landlord; INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs, Including attorneys’ fees, which might arise out of my or The Pool Area Users’ use of the pool, even though such Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord. a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my or the Pool Users’ use of the pool; b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against Landlord; c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others; d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children and any Guardian ad litem for said children. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State of California. I have read and fully understand the above important information, the potential dangers incidental to using the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose to use the Pool.
