We have remodeled our condo (unit 6301) at Kamaole Sands to the highest standard . It is a home away from home with every convenience for our guests. A gourmet kitchen fully equipped for a gourmet chef. Granite counters with all new appliances and cabinets. Best of the best. A new king bed along with all the comforts of home. Three PICKKEBALL courts and two tennis courts

Tiki's, Hawaiian quilt, plantation shutters and artwork complete our decor. All the amenities of home, including a new full size washer and dryer. Beach cooler and beach chairs are just a few of the items we provide. Sometimes it is the little things that really make it an enjoyable stay and we try to do this for our guests.

You will enjoy our LARGE lanai overlooking the beautiful gardens (CENTRAL COURTYARD) with a view over the gardens and out to the ocean. Free local phone calls. Free daily newspaper and weekly Mai Tai party at the pool with live music. A gym room with weights & machines to keep up the daily rounine. A brand new 4K 65" LG TV in the living room , and TV and King sizein the bedroom also.

Our condo is an end unit which makes it very quiet and also private. The unit is on the third floor and gets wonderful sea breezes, plus ceiling fans and air conditioning. FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET (wireless) provided to all our guests for your computer. Free assigned parking.

Maui has everything you could possibly want in a vacation. A 5 minute walk from the time you leave our condo and your feet are in the ocean! Maui's best beaches are at your door step along with snorkeling, diving and all water activities. Kamaole Sands is a 15 acre Resort centrally located with restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping... all within walking distance. Beautiful tennis courts (4) and large pool plus hot tubs. Wailea is only minutes away with golf courses, beaches, etc.

If golf is your love, this is the place for you. Our weather is good year round and we are on the dry side of the island with very little rain. Discounts available for Resort guests at local golf courses

You will be charged a $82 upon check in . This is in addition to the other costs listed. This is a one time resort fee charge for up to a 30 day stay.

Perfect spot to enjoy Maui

We loved waking up with the birds each morning and looking out at the green oasis of the inner courtyard. The suite was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The short walk to an amazing beach also made it a perfect home base for exploring.

Great Fit for Everyone!

We took a trip to Maui in late July-early Aug to attend a wedding and take a family vacation. Typically we would stay in a small unit on our previous trips to Maui, but this time, when thinking about the wants and needs of everyone involved, staying in a large condo community setting seemed like it would provide enough entertainment for all ages...and it did! The youngest loved the pool, the teen was able to rent a surfboard at the lowest price around for the whole week, the location is across from a beach with lifeguards, easy parking, quiet units and neighbors, clean grounds and elevators. Excellent communication with the host. All in all, GREAT visit! Would love to stay here again in the future.

Very Nice Condo with Beautiful Courtyard

Nice third floor condo with sizeable deck overseeing a large center courtyard, lawn, swimming pool. Three large pergolas with barbecues. Across the street from Kamaole Beach 3. In walking distance to several beaches including Kamaole 1 & 2. Many restaurants and stores in easy walking distance.

Perfection

Our stay at Kam Sands was all that we hoped it would be, and more! The location to the beach and restaurants was great! The unit was very clean and being on the 3rd floor gave a a wonderful view of the meticulously manicured grounds, the pool, and the ocean beyond! Judy, the owner checked in with us and answered all of the questions that we had, and recommended some great places to eat! I would absolutely recommend this property, and this unit to anyone who would love a wonderful Maui experience!

Great location and condo in Maui

This was our first time in Hawaii / Maui and the location couldn't have been better. We could walk across the street to two lovely, family-friendly beaches, and a large park from which people of all ages set up chairs to watch the sunsets. We could easily walk (about 1/2 mile) to restaurants and a market on So. Kihei Road which follows the shore line. The condo itself was spacious and clean with a view of the ocean from the lanai. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The large condo assoc. was well maintained, great swimming pool, grounds nicely landscaped, several outdoor grills and tables. It was quiet at night, -- although the feral roosters made sure to let us know when the dawn arrived. (It seems that everywhere in Maui had a large walk-on cast of chickens and roosters) The condo was spacious, washer/dryer, two full baths and a comfortable living room. If you eat in a lot, as we do, you need to bring or shop for basic food staples . Large TV with plenty of apps. I don't want this to sound like an "ad" for this condo, because it isn't, but it really was a lucky choice on our part the location and roominess of the condo was just what we wanted. We would definitely return there again.

Beautiful stay in Kihei!

Judy's condo is really lovely and looks exactly like the photos. The huge lanai looking out over the grounds to the ocean was a wonderful place to hang out any time of the day. And since I had to work a bit, I really appreciated the great wifi signal that had no problem loading when outside. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with just about every cooking device you'd need and plenty of everything so you don't have to constantly be rewashing dishware if you eat in a lot - like we did. Location is very quiet and the other guests all seemed very respectful of quiet hours. It was just my husband and I so we only used the one bed which was pretty firm but still comfy, even if you're used to a more plush mattress. We really enjoyed the location - on the southern edge of Kihei and really close to Wailea and Makena. The Kam beaches are great and we also spent time at the more southern beaches just a few minutes away by car. Beach chairs and cooler were very much appreciated! All in all a fabulous stay. Nous y retournerons!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à ce condo. Tout était parfait. Nous avons passé nos vacances sur le magnifique lanai. La vue est magnifique. Nous n'avons presque pas utilisé l'air climatisé malgré des journée très chaudes. Le vent était suffisant pour garder le condo confortable. L'appartement n'a pas d'équipement pour jouer dans l'eau comme des planches ou équipement d'apnée, cependant, il y a amplement d'endroit pour en Louer. Il est également possible d'en acheter au Costco. Ce condo en vaut vraiment le coût. Merci à Judy pour sont soucis de rendre notre séjour agréable. Elle est disponible et répond rapidement. Merci beaucoup pour ton accueil.

Wonderful Resort Style Condominium/Great Location

We would stay in this condo again. It is beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location. The kitchen is well stocked. Just know that the only AC is in the living room, so you have to rely on a floor fan to try to move the cool air down a long hallway to the bedroom at the back of the unit. The property listing described the condo as "totally remodeled", but this is a little misleading. The kitchen cabinets, kitchen appliances, and master bath are dated. However, this would not prevent us from staying there again.

Relaxing in Paradise

We enjoyed the view from the patio overlooking the beautifully kept grounds and pool area of Kamaole Sands. This suite was nicely decorated with the feel of Maui. One bedroom (very comfortable bed) and two bathrooms was more than adequate for my husband and myself. We liked the open kitchen and found everything we were looking for. We would love to stay here again!

Anniversary Trip

Nice, quiet condo in a great location. Comfortable bed and furnishings. The property was secure within easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The owner was very responsive concerning an issue with the air conditioner. Would highly recommend.

Clean and nicely stocked condo in the heart of Kihei

Both of us enjoyed the week stay at Judy’s place. The room is large and clean. Well stocked with kitchen and beach stuff. The location is great! The beach is 5mins walking away and plenty eating places nearby. Would love to stay here again next year!

Beautiful location

We were invited to come to Maui by a friend who is a scuba instructor to do some diving. He has a place here and so we wanted to be close to him but needed a more affordable option, we hit the jackpot here! The condo is located perfectly, just across the street from the beach and a huge beautiful park where people would gather every night to watch the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and make our meals, we used the cooler and chairs that were provided to go to the beach. We visited the pool and really enjoyed the facilities overall. We would definitely stay here again, the owner texted and called to check in with us and make sure we were enjoying our stay and sent me a list of places to try out also which was greatly appreciated!

excellent accomodations

We stay at Kamaole Sands whenever we come back home to visit family. We have stayed in several different units over the years and found this one to be very accommodating. The owners have provided everything necessary for the comfort of the guest. The only concern is the throw carpets may be an accidental danger to elders who might easily trip over them. Perfect location, impeccable grounds

Beautiful resort right across the street from the beach, and just a short walk to restaurants/businesses. This unit is attractive, but the cooling system, master bedroom and master bath could use upgrades. Despite detailed instructions for cooling the unit with a portable fan and open doors, we were warm and sticky, especially in the master bedroom. In contract, our daughter, son-in-law and their family stayed in a two-bedroom unit in another building that was perfectly comfortable all the time.

Home away from home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We were looking for a get away place that felt like home. It had everything we wanted: a well stocked kitchen, an in unit washer/dryer, an on site gym, a lanai with beautiful views, and a comfy bed to rest. Judy gave great advice on places to eat and things to do. We feel refreshed and rejuvenated and would love to come back again!

Great location!

We couldn't have asked for a better location than Kamaole Sands. It was the perfect spot from which we could explore Maui. The condo has charming Hawaiian decor and everything you need to feel like you're at home. Judy was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning again!

Absolutely Gorgeous Condo

Our family stays at Kamole Sands usually once a year. We all get different condos for each individual family. This condo was by far the best condo we have stayed at. Clean, beautiful and had everything you need and the best view ever. You could see the ocean from this condo. The owner Judy was such a pleasure to talk to and very kind. If you decide to stay at this beautiful place take care of it. They work hard to keep it looking so beautiful. I look forward going back to stay.

Kamaole Sands is a complete full service resort on the sunny south side of Maui. I remember the very first time we drove in and we both said 'WOW' this is it!! The tropical gardens surrounding the beautiful buildings, fountains and flowers are so impressive. We have traveled the world and always happy to come home to the best beaches in the world at our doorstep.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The views over the 15 acres of gardens and out to the ocean are spectacular. Being an end unit gives us privacy and it also very quiet. No road noise or people walking past. The condo is very bright and also a home away from home. We spend time here each year and make sure everything is in working order and comfortable for our guests. No matter how long we are here, it is always hard to leave!
