This three-bedroom, two-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features brand-new kitchen appliances, plush bedding, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for families, friends, or business travelers.

Guests can explore 3.5 miles of manicured trails, enjoy catch-and-release fishing in our private pond, or visit a secluded island along the creek. Our on-site farm experiences include egg collecting and time with our friendly goats and chickens. Special touches like in-room champagne, breakfast baskets, and celebration add-ons are available by request.

While the estate is peaceful and private, please note that certain spaces such as the laundry room and garage are shared. You may also see our family walking the trails or staff tending to the grounds. Weddings are occasionally held on weekends at our nearby barn, and one-room rentals or full estate bookings are available by inquiry.

This home is located on a private 77-acre estate and is designed for peaceful retreats, gatherings, and shared experiences. It is not suitable for parties or disruptive events. Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM, and we ask that noise be kept to a respectful level, both indoors and outdoors.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been given. This helps us maintain the comfort, safety, and experience of all guests across the estate.

Please treat the home, furnishings, and surrounding grounds with care. We ask that shoes be removed inside the home to help preserve the space.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home or within 15 feet of doors or windows.

Trails across the estate are open from dawn to dusk. For safety reasons, they are closed overnight.

Because of the close proximity to our on-estate restaurant and wine bar, outside alcohol is permitted only within the guest home and on the home’s private deck or patio. Outside alcohol is not permitted in shared areas or while walking the trails.

If pets are permitted for your reservation, they must be well-behaved and approved in advance. Pet fees apply.

Before departure, please load and start the dishwasher and place used towels in the designated area. Our housekeeping team will take care of the rest.
