Rustic Owl w/ 2Kings In Fleming Island

Bedrooms:
The Master bedroom has a king bed and its own luxury bath with spa shower and garden tub. The sofa in this room is also a queen sofa sleeper. This bedroom is big enough to place both the porta crib or roll away cot and still have room to pass thru. This bedroom is off the living room and overlooks the preserve and outdoor space.
The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and shares a hall bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms have smart TVs. You will find a porta crib & roll away cot in a bedroom closet.

Kitchen:
New cabinets with quartz countertops, new appliances with both keurig and a standard coffee pot. Large closet pantry with a few staples to get you started for your stay. The breakfast table has a butterfly leaf and will seat 6 comfortably. The counterheight penisula has two bar stools.
The kitchen overlooks the living room.

Living Room:
The living room has a queen sofa bed and two recliners and 55" Smart TV. The whole Kitchen, Breakfast nook and Living Room areas overlook the Rustic Preserve. Fireplace has battery operated twinkle lights with remote. Fireplace is not to be used for real fires. We hope you will enjoy the firepit located outdoors.

Outdoor Spaces:
There is a 8' x 20' screened lanai that leads to the backyard that is landscaped with an outdoor fire pit and small grassy area. You will also find a gas grill available for your use.

Garage:
The garage is not available for tenant use. Maintenance and cleaners will periodically need to access the garage, but will not need to disturb you.

Exterior Noise Monitors: There are exterior noise monitors on this property to ensure our neighbors are not disturbed.

Beautiful property, owners made you feel like you were at home. They thought of the little things such as coffee Kpods, snacks and even s’mores. Quiet neighborhood, having the park right next door was a plus. Property close to everything restaurants, grocery stores etc. definitely worth staying.

Home Away from Home

Very nice little house and in a nice neighborhood. Super convenient to all things on Fleming Island. Interesting touches throughout. Walkable access to nature trails and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay!

My husband and I stayed for 10 days at the Rustic Owl.It’s a charming house and property and very well equipped. Many thoughtful touches throughout, even a s’mores starter kit for use at the outdoor firepit!.Nice, very quiet neighborhood. If you’re looking for a place in the Orange Park area, I highly recommend this property.

Great place with attentive hosts!

We were in town for my daughters wedding and several of us booked VRBO's in the area. This one was great! Space was just as the listing states and very well done. Hosts were attentive to the few questions I had. We had 6 people staying in the house and loved our family time there!

Perfect location

Cute house in a cute little neighborhood. Larger inside then it appears from the street. Great central location for activities we had planned during our stay. Plenty of extra towels, blankets and everything we needed to cook. Very clean! We were very happy with our stay! Host was great! Thank You!

Mother's Day Family Celebration

Visiting Fleming Island for a 4 generation Mother's Day celebration. The house was well kept, clean, tastefully decorated, cozy & the beds were very comfortable. Provided us with 2 pack and plays which was greatly appreciated! Thoughtful amenities such as night lights, Alexa, coffee pods, creamers , other pantry items, Kleenex, paper towels, etc, were appreciated. One additional item that would be helpful especially traveling with young children would be a some laundry detergent. Very convenient location near Target, Publix, etc. The children loved the playground located right next door. Would definitely rent again!

Great Experience

This was the first time using VRBO and this property exceeded my expectations. Very clean and welcoming home. Precise and friendly instructions left for us in a binder to make our stay that much better. We were all very satisfied with our vacation here!!

Beautiful, clean, wheelchair-friendly

Beautiful house in nice quiet neighborhood. We spent the weekend visiting with family in the area & my son played in a tennis tournament. House was very nice, perfect set up for our other son who uses a wheelchair. We brought a small portable ramp for the entry step. Appreciate all the extras like hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc. House was exactly like pictures & the backyard & screened in porch were nice to gather. We had 2 little cousins visit that really enjoyed the playground next door. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

Excellent stay

Beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed our 5-week stay very much. We worked and did school virtually and the layout of the house was very conducive to that. Favorite feature of the house is the lanai. Spent a lot of time sitting out there. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay

Dont look any further!

If you are looking for a home to stay in the Fleming Island or Jacksonville area this is the place to be! The location of the home is outstanding, close to shopping and restaurants. We had dinner at the town center in Jacksonville one night and it was a very easy drive about 20 minutes away. The home is located next to the neighborhood playgroud which was amazing for our children to go out the front door to play! We loved making memories around the firepit and the included smores supplies were awesome! We stayed on the hottest day of the year but with the location of the nature preserve behind the home, the backyard was shaded and cool to enjoy throughout the day. We have stayed in a number of premier properties on VRBO but this one may have taken the cake for having everything you could have ever needed! The home was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, internet/tv were outstanding, there were even toys/games/books for the kids! The owner was extremely available and made our stay above and beyond great! She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. She was even away on her own vacation while we were staying and she was available at all times! We absolutely can not wait to come back!

Great location and wonderfully updated house

We really enjoyed staying in this house while we were house hunting. The location is great and the house has been completely updated and is very nice! The house sits on a preserve lot and is right next door to a playground. Working from the house was very pleasant in the primary bedroom desk viewing all the wildlife in the preserve. My favorite park was the preserve boardwalk through the forest only a short walk away. We also enjoyed bringing our dogs along for the stay. Highly recommend this rental!

We moved to Florida from Michigan in 2008. While we have absolutely fallen in love with Fleming Island, we know what it is like to live away from family. We wanted a space where families could have their own comfortable space while reconnecting and bonding with their loved ones.

Fleming Island is such a quaint community with everything you need within the 'bubble'.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love the backyard overlooking the nature preserve. We have enjoyed hanging with our own family around the firepit and listening to the owls.
