Will definitely be back! The property had super easy check in, was very clean (down to a perfectly clean interior refrigerator), and we were even provided extra garbage bags, 3 free washing machine pods, and 3 dishwasher pods. Each bathroom had a shower kit as a gift. The shower kit included body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Close proximity to the park was such fun! We loved being able to walk, literally, one house over before turning in to the park. Plenty of yard for our dog! The couches had covers on them, since we brought our dog. I was very grateful for this small addition! Friendly and clean neighborhood. The house ended up being where the immediate family we were visiting, wanted to spend time. I was worried the yard maintenance would not be completed before our arrival, so I emailed the owner. The response was practically immediate and they confirmed the yard would be serviced the day before we arrived. Very pleased with the experience!

Quiet neighborhood stay

Our stay was fine. We had everything that we needed there. The property could use some updating, landscaping, and fresh decor in our opinion though. Make sure you are aware that dogs are allowed if you pan to stay there (fur).

Great home! We had a wonderful stay and the kitchen is very spacious and an awesome bonus. Having our own washer/dryer was a big plus since we had a long term stay. Big yard and it was pet friendly which was crucial for us! It was a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!!

Perfect Location, Adequate Accomidations

We booked this VRBO because of the proximity to the surgery center where my husband was having a procedure done. This home also offered a recliner which was a must have and this was the only VRBO we found that had one.

Thanks for staying with us Libby, we are happy we could offer you a place with a recliner for your husband. We do thank you for the email you sent us with all of the renovation recommendations, and we are sorry it rained for 2 straight weeks, making it impossible for our yard service to mow the backyard, because it was so wet. A nice little gem!

This place was utterly charming!! I stayed there with my 2 grown children and their spouses, plus their 2 full-sized dogs. The house was spacious and well laid out, and the beds were comfy. The yard was very large and grassy and shady. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location!

Visited our son and his family in the area. Perfect location & neighborhood. House was spacious & exactly what we needed. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because there were a lot of old stains on chairs and carpets. I did inform them so hopefully they will be taken care of.

Great Family Experience!

Spacious home to accommodate families. We had 5 adults and one child in our group, and stayed here because it was close to relatives who live in Fleming Island. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to stores/restaurants, and feels quite spacious. Kitchen is nicely updated and having a washer/dryer is always a bonus! The hosts were so nice and provided excellent communication. We would stay here again if we return to the area.
