This private, luxury, lakefront home sits directly on a bluff with 6 mile channel views that are breathtaking! Beginning with the massive, 92' IPE deck overlooking the lake-this deck is complete with a large pool, hot tub, glass railings (that give you unobstructed views of the lake,) and furnished with luxurious, Restoration Hardware furniture. This deck will make you never want to leave! There are 3 other smaller decks off of the house that are perfect for gathering around a table for dinner, happy hour, soaking up the sun or enjoying the Tall Oaks that this house is known for. The newly remodeled interior is complete with a massive fireplace in the living room. The master suite welcomes you with a comfortable king size bed, soaking tub, private deck and more views. The 3 other bedrooms are all furnished with queen size beds and private bathrooms. This house is the perfect space for celebrating with friends or for pure relaxation. Unforgettable setting and with every amenity to create the perfect stay.
Due to this homes location on the bluff, there is no lake or dock access on the property-just amazing views šŸ˜Š

Pool can be heated, upon request, for an additional $100.00 per day.

Fantastic property. The host was extremely responsive. Property is great with swimming pool and hot tub. Home is well maintained with two ovens two dishwashers ice machine and microwave Kitchen fully stocked with all utensils and coffee maker. Home and decks have Sonos speakers for your listening enjoyment. Great views of water and close to all amenities. Would highly recommend we stayed for a week late September 2025

Amazing Outdoor Space

We had the best vacation at the Sunset Beach property. You honestly don't have to leave the house unless you want to. The outdoor space is incredible with the most beautiful views!

Great property with a great view

This is our 5th time at Lake of the Ozarks and our 2nd time at this particular property. I think we all agree we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The property is as advertised. House is roomy. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent with a nice big deck, a nice pool and an overall outstanding view. Note that because you are up high, that means you aren't on the water. But, we like being up high so we can see for miles in each direction. Woods grocery store is 5 minutes away, as is the Paradise restaurant. Despite a rainy week, we still had a great time.

Fantastic home

This house is amazing from the moment you step in the door. The layout of the gives each room privacy and access to their own bathroom, which is great when traveling with other adults. The pool and hot tub did not disappoint and is where we spent the majority of our time. The view from the deck is undoubtedly one of the best on the lake. We would absolutely recommend this rental - and major shout out to our host Kate who was always available for questions.

Beyond 5 Star Experience at Lake of the Ozarks

We just wrapped up a phenomenal 4 night / 5 day long weekend getaway at Kaitlyn''s home in Sunrise Beach. The home and overall experience exceeded every expectation. The views are tremendous from all patio areas (of which there several) as well as from most rooms in the home. Endless views of the lake in both directions. The outdoor area is expansive. Lots of room to move around and lounge. The pool is fantastic, as is the hot tub. The 4 bedrooms offered are large, with the master being very expansive. We were particularly pleased with the quality of the kitchen and associated appliances. We had a private chef in one night and they noted that it was one of the best equipped kitchens in a rental home that they had ever worked in. Working with Kaitlyn was an outstanding experience. From the initial booking to conclusion of our stay, she was very responsive with communication and easily accessible. Would rent this home, and from Kaitlyn again in an instant!

Anniversary trip

This home was stunning. It had everything you needed and then some. Kitchen well stocked with high tech appliances. Beds, towels and linens were top notch. Very luxurious. Pool and hot tub were crystal clear with nice patio furniture surrounding them. Views from house and deck were breathtaking. Unfortunately I only booked it for 4 nights. Didnā€™t want to leave. This was the best VRBO Iā€™ve stayed at.

10/10 amazing place at the lake!

Everyone was blown away by this property. It was pristinely clean & decorated so wonderfully. It had enough space for my entire family, everyone had their own bathroom with extra spare bathrooms. The views from the large, beautiful back patio were breathtaking. We enjoyed swimming in the pool & using the hot tub. They provided some floats & clear instructions on how to use them, I could sit out on the patio furniture all day. The kitchen was huge with everything we needed plus 2 ovens & diswashers (my mom loved this). The only negative thing is that we couldnā€™t stay forever!

Great house with a terrific view

We've stayed at other properties at Lake of the Ozarks the past few years, but we feel this one was the best. The house itself is roomy with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The deck and the view from the deck is fantastic. We were on the main channel overlooking all the boating action and we could see for miles. There was plenty of deck furniture, and we never really felt crowded. The kitchen appliances were all nice. There were two ovens and the cookware was actually in good shape. We really liked the pool, but I will mention that the pool is a little unique and we had one senior in the group who had a harder time getting in and out. Even a small rail might have helped. The house is on Sunrise Beach. We've stayed before in Osage Beach, so this feels a little more off the beaten path. But, you are still close to stores. Overall a great property and we had an excellent time. Thank you for the hospitality.

Dreamy, Cozy Thanksgiving Getaway

This propery overdelivered, and made for the most wonderful Thanksgiving week for our family! The home was absolutely beautifully renovated and decorated, the view was unbelivable, and the furnishings and amenities made it so comfortable and enjoyable. The pictures of this property are lovely, but absolutely don't do the home justice. The kitchen is huge and very well stocked (and had two ovens, which was wonderful for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner). The whole house speaker system was super easy to connect to, and made such great ambiance. Kaitlyn made us feel so welcome and was an excellent communicator. All-in-all we had a fabulous visit and would happily stay again!

Oh My!

Cleanest, most luxurious vacation rental ever. Everything carefully planned for comfort, beauty, convenience. Breathtaking views, including making sure both sunrise and sunset could be enjoyed each day. Nothing lacking in kitchen supplies, styles of glasses for whatever beverage; everything has been thought of! 5 stars is not enough. Someone has an eye for design ! And the fall colors! This is the place to view! October was awesome! I even slept outside the 1st night on the deck couches- what a delight and so quiet! The owner was quick to respond to any question, and one is made to feel that your needs or questions are their top priority to attend to. I have no doubt that spring and summer are awesome, but after our delightful time in October, my vote is for the fall. The views!!

Relaxing retreat for long-time friends

Seven of us long-time friends occasionally travel to destination sites for a few days of relaxation, catching-up, and fun. This property was the perfect site for our stay, in fact the best ever. Sometimes we go offsite for shopping or sight seeing. Not this time. This property had every thing we needed and wanted, and more. So clean, so spacious, so full of light and beautiful views overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks. The heated pool was amazing. We didnā€™t do much cooking in the gorgeous kitchen, but when we couldnā€™t get the stovetop to work and reached out to the manager, she responded within minutes. This property is truly a gem!

Amazing Views, Perfect Family Getaway.

So far - our BEST stay in the Ozarks. The views from this are indeed incredible. The location is perfect. Close enough to everything - yet just far way enough to be peaceful, so the atmosphere is secluded and relaxing.
