Great Family Vacation Home, Private Pool, Patio, Hot Tub & Fireplace

Private outdoor heated pool that will be heated late April/early May through mid October. Large beautiful 5 BR home with marble floors, granite countertops, flatscreen televisions, 2 gas fireplaces, 2 kitchen areas, hot tub and new patio furniture. This beautiful home features 5 bedrooms (3 of which you will wake up in the morning looking out to the lake), 3.5 baths, marble floors and granite counter tops. Home sits on 111 feet of gentle lakefront in a nice cove. Home will sleep up to 12 in beds and more with pull out sleeper sofas. Home has 4 bedrooms with sleeping for 2 and 1 bedroom (kids room) with 1 set of bunk beds and a queen bed. All bedrooms have flat screen tvs. Information about the house 6417771825 Selina. Off season we require 2 or 3 night minimum stay. Peak (summer months) 5 night minimums.

The downstairs family room has a drop down projector screen and the room becomes a theater for movie watching. In this downstairs area there is a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove with oven, blender and sink. The lower level family room has pull out sofa sleeper and love seat as well as 2 Lazy Boy recliners. House has 2 washers and 2 dryers. We also offer a small deep freeze in the garage for your extra ice needs (no more trips back and forth to the store for extra ice). Home also has large dock with slip for your use, 2 PWC slips and large swim platform. House is conveniently located to shopping and many popular lake restaurants.

Summer bookings require 5 night stays. Off season 3 night stays.

New in 2009 is a large outdoor patio with kitchen and fireplace. The patio is right on the lake and has a custom table with seating for 10. The kitchen island features a weber grill with side burner, sink and fridge. There is patio furniture that will seat at least 7 in addition to the table chairs. The best part of the patio is the MASSIVE fireplace that is great for social hours at night and marshmallow cooking.

House also features another large Weber grill with 2 griddles, rotisserie and smoker on the upper deck. There is patio furniture upstairs with grill with seating for 6.

The new outdoor patio also features a small waterfall that runs behind the fireplace and a hot tub with great lake views.

Enjoy the NEW pool in 2010. The pool features built in bench seating and sundeck.

Greet Fall Getaway!

We really enjoyed our quick trip to the lake at this property. The hot tub and outdoor patio was amazing. The view was great and we had a blast. The driveway is a little steep so be prepared but aside from that we would rent again!

Great Girls Trip & Stay

Owners were very friendly, easy to work with, informative in regards to house and area. House was perfect! No problems at all with anything inside the house. Beds were comfy, towels were soft, pool was enjoyable and hot tub was nice after all day on the water. The only negative was our boat was too wide for dock slip so I had to tie up on the outside. There was one pole with no bumper. There were no laundry pods or soap at all. Most VRBO’s have 2-3, to wash towels with. We would rent here again! We really enjoyed our week! Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful vacation home. We planned several outings while on vacation but because this home has everything you need to kick back and relax, we barely left at all! The owner was awesome with communication, the home was very clean and well kept and perfect for a multi family vacation or “stay-cation”. Would HIGHLY recommend this property!

Perfect place

This place was the perfect location and the perfect size for our group of adults. It has everything you need and the view and pool is beautiful! There were some slight issues, but the owner took care of them immediately. There are pickleball courts a short walk or car ride away, which was nice to break things up. We would definitely consider this property again if we were returning.

Nice home. Great Lake. Far from every thing. Too many steps for us. Not as many handy items as we would expect, such as paper towels, trash bags, bar soap, shampoo, beach towels. More clean up items to do at departure. I would expect the high clean up charge to take care of the majority of all of that. Wifi connection was difficult, but doable.

The 50's club

Long time friends enjoyed a long over due vacation in this lovely home! The location is great...close to shopping, dining, and easy to find from the lake side. The pool is fabulous and a nice break from riding the waves on the lake. Highly recommend this house for you to enjoy on your next adventure on Lake of the Ozarks!

Beautiful House

We took a family vacation with 10 people and the house was great. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook all of our meals. The house is located on a quiet cove with a beautiful view of the lake. Our family had a great time fishing and swimming off the dock. Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous property amazing hosts

Cannot say enough great things about this home, the outdoor space, the amenities, supplies, and the hosts. Roy was responsive to any and all questions, helped us figure out how to work little things like the fire place. The views are breathtaking and the outdoor patio is luxurious. The home is very well stocked with everything you need. It was a relaxing vacation for our family.

Absolutely Perfect!

Great late summer get-away!

The home offered multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces to enjoy our family. Everything worked as promised and the owner provided quick responses to any questions. The lower level patio near the dock created just the right space for dinner and enjoying a fire. We had a great time.

Great vacation

We came for a family reunion with 9 adults and 3 kids. The house was beautiful, very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Pontoon rental place was nearby and very convenient. The house is immaculately clean, and has everything you need. The kids and the adults used the pool and hot tub and that really made the vacation so much fun. The pool was the perfect temperature .We really enjoyed a couple restaurants we found that we could get to by boat. There are a LOT of stairs and that took some getting used to. Overall a great place to stay and we hope to come back.

Best Place We Have Stayed!

This property was not only luxurious and clean, but it had so many options that entertained my entire family ... from Age 70 to Age 1 ... we had it all. This FIVE bedroom home allowed our family to sleep[ comfortably and each have their "own space." The extra kitchen in the basement was handy while we were enjoying the amazing outside features of the home. The large open kitchen on the main level had space and what we needed to cook many of our own meals and enjoy as a family. The beautiful pool was refreshing, two separate decks to enjoy morning coffee and grilling, outdoor kitchen and fire pit that would see only in magazines, hot tub for relaxing, large covered boat dock for our large Tri-toon boat ... and large lake playing dock/area for fishing and swimming. If it rained, we were still able to enjoy the covered dock/fishing area, or take our activity inside for a movie on the large screen/projector .... all of us at the same time were enjoying different features this home had to offer. The owners were FANTASTIC and communicated well and often and were "on call" if we had any questions. I would highly recommend. Jan Seitz

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We just finished our lakeside patio in 2009 and have enjoyed sitting out in the evening grilling out and enjoying a drink with family and friends. The kids enjoy the marshmellow roasting and my husband and I love the ambience of the lake and a nice warm fire.
We are looking foward to using the new pool in 2010.
