We propose you to rent, on the commune of Bélus, this charming house of master with a splendid sight on the mountains, of a surface of 400 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 12 travellers. This beautiful building located in a property composed of two houses (the mansion and a cottage with shared pool) is composed of a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge library, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms. You can also enjoy a garden and a terrace for a good meal in the sun!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor:
- A living room with a TV, a sofa, a coffee table, a piano and giving access to the terrace and the garden.
- A living room library with armchairs and a fireplace with a wood stove inside.

- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, coffee machine with integrated grinder...
- Bedroom 1 on the ground floor: a double bed (140×190).

- Bedroom 2: a master suite with a king-size bed (180×200) and a bathroom with WC.
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom with WC.
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190) and two single beds.
- A living room with a desk.

On the second floor, on the mezzanine :
- A large room with exposed beams, furnished with two single beds and a table soccer.

- A beautiful swimming pool (10x5), heated from May to September. It is shared with the owners and secured by a fence with a lockable gate.
- A beautiful garden shared with the owners with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A private terrace facing South with outdoor furniture.
- A private parking lot in front of the house that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, high chair, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Bélus, near the church and its ringing bell tower. The house is located on a property shared with another gîte. In this natural setting you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops and markets in Peyrehorade (4 min by car).
