Great place in Melbourne Beach

Joeā€™s place is great. Comfortable and in a nice location right on the beach. Easy to get to grocery store and restaurants. The beach in front of the place is easily accessible - and we were traveling with an 81 year old. I was really surprised that there were never many people on the beach. We often had it all to ourselves. Joe is super nice and easy to communicate with. All in all an A+ place.

Family vacation

Perfect oceanfront condo. Views and beach access are spectacular. Unit was very clean and supplied with everything needed for beach vacation with family. Including beach towels, sand toys, soccer ball, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards etc. Also well supplied with personal hygiene needs such as soap,shampoo,conditioner toilet paper and paper towels. Simply terrific

The house is just perfect and not just because itā€™s right on the beach, but itā€™s also really well set (beach equipment, Board games, washer/dryer, cable, smart TVs, etc). On top of that Joe was beyond belief fast to answer every question we had

A little piece of paradise

The property was exactly as pictured. The location was peaceful and beach was private. We met some very nice neighbors on the beach during our stay. We had everything that we needed for our getaway including some very thoughtful items from the homeowners. Mimosas and snacks!!! The condo was stocked with everything that we needed. The ocean views were amazing and it was just a hop, skip and a jump to get to the beach! We will definitely be back.

Everything we hoped and more

This property owner supplied everything we needed and more for a great beach vacation with family. The property was very accurately described. There are a lot of stairs to navigate for those with physical limitations but the property suited our needs perfectly.

A 5+ Experience!

Exceptional view of the Atlantic from the first and second floor. Fully equipped property including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Great kitchen to gather and eat. A/C works great. Recommend Sunny Side Cafe for breakfast or lunch and New England eatery and pub for fresh seafood. I got the impression that the owner is proud of this property and is happy to share it with vacationers.

Great Location

This property was very nice and the beach was not crowded. The owners provided a lot of extras such as snacks, coffee, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, toys, etc. We would stay there again.

This place was awesome! Super clean, furnished with awesome beach access! The sand on the beach was soft and only footsteps away. We had an awesome vacation! The host was very responsive, welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Could not ask for anything more!

Perfect Beach Vacation House

We felt welcome from the beginning. Communications from owners were clear and full of great information. Home was clean and neat and very well equipped. Gift basket of fruit, snacks and mimosas made us feel very welcome. Kitchen is updated and easy to use. Beds were comfortable with upgraded linens and towels including plenty of beach towels. The location on the beach was perfect - patio and balcony great for a relaxing view of the Atlantic. The chairs, umbrellas, and fishing gear were a very nice addition. Laundry was convenient and worked well. Waking up to the sunrise each morning - priceless.

Spectacular Ocean Views

The ocean views here were just what I was looking forā€”expansive vistas of water and sand, sunrises and storm clouds, just steps from the house. Having lived on and across the street from the Atlantic for many years, it was such a pleasure for me to again enjoy the sense of calm and adventure the ocean brings. This property, in a convenient location on A1A (across the road from a car wash and a mobile home park), was well appointed, down to breakfast bars, chips, coffee, and beach equipment. Two considerations bear mentioning: One, it has a lot of stairs! Nearly every room is on a separate level. Two, the upstairs king bedroom and small bunk room are actually side-by-side in a curtained loft above and open to the living room. Occupants must share a tiny "bathroom" (tub and toilet); the twin vanity is outside this WC, right in the large bedroom itself. This arrangement is decidedly awkward for any but a family with two small children using the bunk beds in the smaller room. Real choreography is required for single adults in need of some privacy! Nonetheless, the broad beach and constantly changing ocean offer incomparable charms. I warmly thank the hosts for sharing it with us.

A week in Paradise

Thank you for such a wonderful stay at your property. The unit was extremely clean and Joe and his wife were kind enough to leave a basket of goodies out and champagne in the refrigerator. Joe was very responsive to our needs and provided excellent service. As native Floridians, we were looking for something quiet and out of the way of "tourist" sites. We found exactly that. The area was quiet and safe and we were literally steps away from the ocean. We even had the opportunity to see nesting sea turtles right out on the beach (which we had never seen before). We loved it and will definitely go back again. Thank you so much!

The best experience!

I booked this house along with 5 other listings in the same complex. We had the best time. The location was perfect, we had everything we needed & more. The home was beautiful & felt clean. The beach feel couldnā€™t have been better. The view is phenomenal. Joseph is such an a great host. He left us a basket of goodies and there was a lot of stuff already provided in the home that there wasnā€™t much we needed. I did have to text Joseph one time for help with the thermostat, he responded quickly & walked me through everything. My favorite part of my stay is the fact that I didnā€™t worry about much while I was there. Joseph was available, but he didnā€™t make it feel uncomfortable in his home. I will absolutely contact him every time we come back to the area.

Amazing

Where do I start?! Owners were very responsive to my concerns and needs as one of my teenagers has Autism. Now, regarding the property. The condo decor gives you the "beachy" vibe and let me stress this "the view" is worth every dollar for this rental. I have stayed in other rentals near to the beach, however BEING ON THE BEACH is simply amazing. You are 20ft away from the beach. The location of this unit is PERFECTION. Upon arrival it was stocked with "teenager snacks" and "Adult beverages" :) that started off our mornings :) "Mimosa".... Ok the 2nd best part of this trip. The bedding was so comfortable that I had to take a peak at the pillows because I have never slept so well within a rental. Needless, to say I bought the same pillows earlier today! Being on the beach, the views were spectacular from every level . The robes that were provided were super soft and comfortable. The beach was not crowed at all. 2 other couples the entire time we were there. We also saw dolphins, tarpon and the best of all a "baby turtle" heading into the ocean after hatching. We will without a doubt be back next year. p.s Apple Tv/Spectrum remote system is incredible as well as the A/C touch remote system. Top notch service all the way ....

Beachfront Gem

Our family stay with 5 adults was incredible and very relaxing. The beach access is as close as it gets. The patios have stunning views with a cooling ocean breeze. The owners have thought of everything you'd want on a property to enjoy a beach stay plus comfortable beds and fluffy white towels. If you want top-notch customer service with excellent communication this is the right choice. The location is perfect!

Amazing condo and very gracious hosts!

I found this condo on short notice as I was looking for a getaway for myself and my two young daughters. Iā€™m so glad I did! The condo and the location were absolutely perfect for a quiet week on the beach with my children. Joe is an amazingly gracious host, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable when we arrived (big thanks for the champagne, OJ, coffee, fresh fruit and snacks on-hand upon our arrival!). The location is absolutely perfect! Most days it felt like we had the beach to ourselves, and at night we got to witness sea turtles coming ashore to lay eggs nearby. A perfect spot for a lazy week in the sand and Iā€™m eager to return.!
