Escape to this secluded, private, beach with soft sand no rocks and enjoy quiet times where you will hardly see anyone else. The Ocean is your backyard!
Enjoy unobstructed, spectacular, panoramic ocean views from both levels of the house, back porch and large wrap around balcony. Take a dip in the private pool while hearing the waves and enjoying the sun and ocean breeze. Watch the sunrise having coffee on the deck by the sand or breakfast on the first floor patio, sip cocktails on the second floor balcony and end the day with a Sunset Dinner on the deck by the sand where you started the day.
A day at the beach will offer an unparalleled sense of calm and peace as the ocean breezes are a tonic for the body, mind and soul. An early morning or evening walk along the shore is a great way to start or end your beach day.
This beach is renowned for turtle nesting and experiencing turtle laying in the evening and/or turtle hatchings in the early morning hours.
Fish right off the property's shoreline or drive a few minutes to Sebastian Inlet which offers some of the best fishing in the State of Florida. Attractions in the Orlando area are aprx 80 miles northwest. Maravilla Beach House offers the ultimate in privacy for a quality beach vacation with no contact check in and check out.

Awesome place

First off Marilyn is fantastic to work with this was our first time renting a house and we were a little hesitant until we talked to Marilyn it all went smooth. The house was great right on the beach the pool was great and the veiws were spectacular we were also lucky enough to see 2 space X rocket launches from the beach. Great family vacation thank you Marilyn for the memories hopefully we are able to visit again

Less crowded and far from touristy beaches. Private pool was great. Easy to get to grocery and restaurants. Short trips to Cocoa Beach and Vero Beach.

This was the most amazing beach house we have ever stayed in. It was very private and had all of the amenities that you could imagine! The host was quick to respond with any questions and made you feel right at home. Words can't describe the scenery inside and out of this property.

Perfect family location

There were 5 adults and one 8 month old in our group. The very short walk to the beach, fantastic pool, and excellect layout of the home made it the perfect stay. The Sebastian area is one of the last few beach towns in Florida that doesn't feel overrun with cars, people, and condos. For a quiet, beautiful beach experience...This is the best! Highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful Beach House

We had another great stay at this wonderful ocean front beach home! It is very quiet and secluded, perfect for our getaway. The deck by the beach was my favorite place to watch the sunrise. This home is just as it is described and met all of our needs. Marilyn was a pleasure to work with and always quick to respond and very accommodating. We look forward to returning soon.

An Amazing Relax-cation

We were looking for a relaxing week at the beach this property is absolutely perfect!! Everything was as described and we couldn’t have been happier with the house and amenities it has. It has absolutely everything you need for your stay! It was just steps from the beach and if we needed a break from the beach we were able to relax in the pool! We’re already looking at dates to back and enjoy the beach! Communication with the owners was amazing and they’re very accommodating! Definitely a 5 Star stay!

Great spot on the beach

Very quiet beautiful beach. Nice pool. Comfortable house. Easy biking distance to Sebastian inlet state park. Marilyn is an excellent hostess. We had an air conditioner go out while we were there. She had the problem fixed the next morning, and the handyman set us up with a portable indoor A/C within hours. Highly recommended.

The house was absolutely wonderful as well as the area. Enjoyed meeting people at the New England Pub. Only recommendation is bring bug spray. The noseeums were awful. However, that is a Florida thing.

Beautiful relaxing getaway

Had a great time. The property is very private as advertised. The beach is spectacular and was almost empty each day of our stay. The pool was great. All in all a very nice place. Only reason for only 4-stars on the cleanliness was it seems the cleaning folks forgot to clean the oven and it smoked up on us. We went and got some cleaning supplies and cleaned it - no big deal. Thx!

Perfect Week!

If you're looking for the ultimate private location with the best of both worlds, your own pool and the gorgeous ocean at your feet, look no further. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, well stocked kitchen. Everything you need for a fantastic ocean side getaway. Five year old granddaughter loved it. Turtle nests right off the sand stairs and dozens of turtles just off shore to watch frolic in the waves. Don't forget your binoculars like we did! Enjoy. We know we will be back.

The feeling of living on an island all by yourself!.....the Beach Cottage-Villa feel, yet, the rooms are large. The house is surrounded by lush tropical foliage including palm trees and sea grape trees. The beauty of Nature is on full display....Dolphins, Sea Gulls, Sand Pipers, birds and the largest Green Turtle nesting beach in the western hemisphere! Beach House is a two story 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family house with private pool and private beach. First floor has Pool deck and large deck overlooking the beach. Second floor has huge wrap around balcony that offers panoramic ocean views. The views of the pool and beach from the house are simply amazing and the house is tucked away and very private from the road.
Maravilla is fully equipped with quality furniture, mattresses and linens. There are outdoor tables and chairs on both patio and balcony, and chaise lounges by the pool. Sand chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and sand toys are provided.
The close proximity to Disney is great for day trips and Port Canaveral is nearby for a short cruise before or after your stay.

The beach is part of the Archie CarrTurtle Preserve, a very private area of beach with few private homes and absolutely no Condo's or hotels nearby. There are days where you may not see anyone on the beach for hours, but at night, in nesting season, you may see a green turtle laying her egg or babies hatching in the early morning hours.
