This lovely 1940's cottage has been totally renovated, furnished and updated with modern conveniences including WiFi, Smart TV, electric fireplace, large rocking chair front porch and sits right next door to Mr P's, one of our legendary local restaurants for " to go food" and known for some of the best home cooked food in town! The adorable "court yard" provides privacy and the completely fenced in yard allows your furry baby to enjoy the outdoors safely.

As soon as you enter Apple Cottage you will realize this was a great choice. This place is not only beautiful but it was designed with luxury and comfort in mind.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig/Drip Combo, crockpot, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, Smart TV's, excellent internet (fiber).

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees - Cleaning, Processing; Damage Insurance,
15% lodging tax and $5 Hotel Motel Fee per night added to all reservations

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.
PLEASE NOTE: Last minute reservations (14 days prior to check in) will be required to check in at the Mountain Oasis office prior to 5pm, Mon-Fri unless previous arrangements are made in advance. Reservations made after 5pm for same day check in are NOT allowed.
