Dirty and defective
A sink was clogged after a few days. The first attempt at repair failed because the repairer did not install a sealing ring, so that the water flowed out of the pipe and landed on the floor. Only a second attempt at repair was successful.
The apartment's dishwasher does not clean properly. The landlord tried to clean up the situation with vinegar, which only helped to a limited extent. Dishes came out of the machine sometimes dirtier than before.
The refrigerator was dirty when it was handed over (crumbs and smeared dirt).
The fridge hums very loudly, so that there was a lot of noise in the two adjoining rooms, especially at night.
In two of three shower rooms there was an unpleasant smell of sewage.
In a shower, hot and cold water were swapped. When the boiler is switched on, the water is very hot immediately, so burns are to be expected.
The property's pool had dirty, green areas. With each passing day the pool got greener until the water was completely green. The pool was unusable. The landlord offered us an alternative pool at the beginning, but it is located in the private courtyard of the landlord's house. Here we would have felt we were being watched all the time, so this was not a real alternative.
The poolside shower was not plugged in.
There was no holder for the shower head in the bathroom adjoining the pool.
The middle bathroom door is broken. The door is quite stiff, and if you pull the handle, the handle comes off the door several times, so that we had to repair it several times.
The entire apartment was not clean in several places and generally looks neglected. There was dust in several corners. There were many spiders and old cobwebs too. There was plenty of dust and hair under the beds. In particular, the outside area by the roofing of the Whrilpool is heavily polluted, here are numerous spiders, old nets, residues from insect nests.
The apartment is not in a neat condition. There are ugly paint stains everywhere on the floor, and the paintwork was not clean. You don't feel comfortable here.
The faucet in the middle bathroom splashes heavily, probably just an end piece on the faucet is missing here.
The blankets in the beds were clearly too thin for the time of year. We froze at night.
At the beginning we didn't have any towels. We had to make the landlord aware that these were forgotten.
During our stay, we were asked if it would be okay for realtors to view the apartment. We refused.
