Completely remodeled in and out with a newly added primary bedroom with en suite, laundry room and vaulted ceiling family room, and central A/C. This 4 bedroom 4 bath home is located in the Mill Creek area of Incline Village. The low elevation location is a short 5 minute walk to the Hyatt, and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful path to Sand Harbor.
This home sits on a gorgeous, pristine 1/3 acre lot, surrounded by pine trees, offering a variety of entertainment options, including a Sonos sound system in the den, kitchen, deck and by bocce court, 55 inch flat screen smart TV, DVD player, in the den. The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace, 55 inch flat screen smart TV, and a cozy sectional couch for relaxing. There is a large deck (695 sq ft) off the kitchen with a gas BBQ and a professionally built bocce ball court in the backyard ideal for your enjoyment. The patio furniture, and bocce court are covered and protected for the winter, not available during the off season. Approximately mid October until mid May as weather permits. All four bedrooms have flat screen TVs with DVD players as well. The garage is finished and includes a 50 amp electric car charger.
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
Incline Village, Lake Tahoe's only planned community, is the home of the Championship and Mountain Golf course, Diamond Peak, and Sand Harbor. Located on the scenic north shore of Lake Tahoe, 45 minutes from the Reno International Airport, 25 minutes from Northstar Ski Resort, 45 minutes from Squaw Valley, Alpine and Heavenly Ski Resort. This house was immaculately kept with a great layout, lots of room, and clean spaces. Even the decor was really nice. My family really enjoyed staying here. The backyard was the perfect place to relax. The patio was a great size, and the bocce ball field(?) was awesome out there, and the we really had fun.

Beautiful cabin close to all the amenities

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday trip because of this great place. The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. Each bedroom had comfortable beds, great linens, everything was super clean and we had plenty of space for our family to all gather for meals, cookie baking and so much more. I will definitely stay here again on a future trip!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is beautiful inside and out. Just beware of the steps from kitchen to family room. Hard to see the third step as it blends with the flooring. Out of 6 of us, 5 fell or stumbled trying to navigate the steps.

Fantastic home in a great location

What a beautiful home in the perfect location. We were looking for a family friendly house to celebrate an early Christmas with our granddaughters 2.5 and 1. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and spacious. It is perfect for friends and family get together. Bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked. Kitchen has all the utensils, pans, pots, etc. The appliances were very modern. Check in and out was very easy.

The home was nicely decorated, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and actually felt like our home away from home. My only critique would be that we thought we would be able to play bocce ball, because the sun was out, and sit on back deck in the chairs shown in pics (all were tightly covered). Other than those small items, your home was a delight!

Family Wedding Weekend

Terrific place to gather for a family wedding weekend. This beautiful home provided a welcome respite between events. The deck and backyard may have been our favorite spaces, though the entire house was pleasant and quite comfortable, giving each of us space to rest and recharge. We had a small issue with hot water, which was rectified immediately by the property manager. (Thanks Luis!). We highly recommend this gorgeous home for your next adventure in Incline Village.
