2. While the property only has one (1) parking spot, two (2) standard sized vehicles can fit in the single space "tandem". Street parking is prohibited year-round. Those with boat trailers should make arrangements offsite and in advance for boat trailer parking.
3. Boater's must provide their own mooring lines.
4. This home has one buoy and shares the pier with the five other homes in the Tahoe Vista Chalet community.
5. During drought years, the pier may be too shallow to navigate for some boats.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
7. This home is located directly on North Lake Blvd. Road construction may be a nuisance during warmer months.
