For your convenience, you can purchase additional supplies at City Market, located approximately 5 miles from the unit.
✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace just off the living room.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib and a high chair.
✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies.
✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: In addition to the private hot tub in the backyard, guests will have access to the community outdoor pool and hot tub.

Our property is an upper-end luxury condo. The scenic views on the 300 square foot balcony are absolutely beautiful! You will find our condo to be very comfortable and in close proximity to area attractions. Arches National Park is 10 to 15 minutes. Slickrock Bike Trail is 10 minutes. The city of Moab is 5 minutes. The North section of Canyonlands National Park is 25 minutes.

*COMMUNITY POOL HOURS AND CLOSURES ARE SUBJECT TO HOA RESTRICTIONS, THE POOL IS NORMALLY OPEN FROM MID-APRIL THRU MID-OCTOBER. ALL GUESTS SHALL ABIDE BY THE GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY AND SHALL NOT ENGAGE IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10 P.M. TO 8 A.M.
