✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of shampoo, bar soaps, toilet paper, and laundry detergent for their stay. We don't deliver or restock additional toiletries other than the starter supply. For your convenience, you can purchase additional supplies at City Market, located approximately 5 miles from the unit.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace just off the living room.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib and a high chair.

✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: In addition to the private hot tub in the backyard, guests will have access to the community outdoor pool and hot tub.
The swimming pool is open from roughly April-October and the hot tub is open from March-November.
We cannot guarantee the availability of these amenities, as it is under the control of the HOA and dependent upon weather and maintenance.

✹ CHECK-IN: Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ ACCESSIBILITY: All the bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor, so you have to climb two flights of stairs. One-half bath is on the main level.
