Hi Tiffanie, First we would like to say we give all of our guests our contact information and we did not hear from you at all during your stay about the spiders. Had you contacted us we would have sent the house cleaner over right away to clean the spider webs and spiders from the patio. Then you would not have had the issue all during your stay. We don't always hear about the issues until the Guest is checked out. We cannot solve your issue unless you inform us by texting or calling right away. There are brooms and several cans of Raid in the condo to help with the spider issue, yet we did not hear from you. We cannot help you enjoy your stay if we don't hear from you. Even though we live 160 miles away, all issues are taken care of immediately when we know about them. Again if we didn't hear from you, we cannot resolve the issue.
