The sprawling hillside property (approximately 3000m²) is nestled in and waxed from all sides. It is extremely quiet and idyllic location on the edge of a nature reserve above Tolscolano-Maderno on the western shore of Lake Garda. Gorgeous sun and shade with great views of the lake and mountains offer over the property to relax.
The location is ideal because you live without road and other noise in the midst of nature, and yet reach the town center and the lake in just 10-15 minutes drive away (5 km). Especially in the high season there is a more relaxing atmosphere and a pleasant climate than directly on the lake.
Since the neighbors appreciate their quiet location surrounded by nature, the house is not suitable as a "party house". Loud music, especially outdoors, is therefore generally not allowed!
The cottage sleeps eight people in an area of ​​approximately 110 sqm on one level. There are a large living room with modern kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, bidet and extra-large shower and two separate WC.
In the outdoor area are for the sole use available: a large terrace with lake views, a pool with lake and mountain views, a covered pergola with table tennis and a separate barbecue area with views of Lake Garda.
The 50 square meters living and dining area was just as bathrooms and two additional WC renewed complicated in recent years. The modern kitchen is equipped with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. (Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, soap, garbage bags are provided).
The 42 inch flat screen TV can be connected via Bluetooth or cable (USB, HDMI) smartphones, tablets or notebooks. The reception of TV and radio made by satellite system (Astra).
The stereo system can play the songs of your Smarthones / Tablet / Laptops etc. via Bluetooth or audio cable.
The four bedrooms are divided as follows:
The first Master bedroom has a double bed (2x190x80) and a children's cot (140x80).
The second Bedroom has two single beds (200x90). The third Master bedroom has a double bed (2x200x90) and the fourth Bedroom has a queen bed (200x140).
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price and can be brought with you or optionally booked through our laundry service.
A washing machine and laundry detergent are also available.

Very nice, the entire exterior is designed which is lovingly maintained by a gardener. Enjoy the summer months morning breakfast on the large terrace overlooking the lake and sit out there in the evening at the sight of the fairy lights of the opposite shore of the lake.
The center of the outdoor area is certainly the swimming pool (8x4m), which is for the exclusive use of the guests.
The outdoor shower next to the pool has a hot water connection.
Next to the pool area is the large covered pergola. The following table tennis athletes and avid readers a shady spot. For young children here a corresponding swing is mounted.
In the dark, the grounds are set by the lighting concept in a romantic light.
A gem is certainly the elaborately designed barbecue area with a brick barbecue above the pool area with a beautiful view of the lake.

Halfway to the sea front, turning right into Maclino at the church, you come directly to a grocery store. This little shop is powered by a very friendly couple (both speak good German) out and has many things of everyday use. Aged eight clock in the morning there is daily (including Sundays) fresh bread. In Maderno are to the left and right of the main road a supermarket. Another big supermarket (Migros) there is (somewhat hidden from the main road towards the lake abbiegend) in Toscolano. Thursday is market day in Toscolano von 8 bis 13 clock clock. The tourist-INFO is coming from the house in Maderno against the Upim supermarket on the right. For tourists, the last few years has been done very much, they do not fail to supply here with relevant information. The area is a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. Simply start directly from the house for. Example Towards St. Urbano, or climb the Pizzocolo. He belongs to the mountain lake mountains and is equipped with 1 581 meters above sea level, the highest point within 15 kilometers on the west shore of the lake. The mountain is a popular tourist destination, and the summit can be reached on foot or by mountain bike on the moderately rising southern and western slopes of the effort is rewarded with a magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Less strenuous is a walk to the cemetery with its ancient tombs beautifully landscaped and great views of the lake and Toscolano (town sign Sanico follow the signs). Definitely worth a visit, the Valley of the paper mills in Toscolano (very suitable as a family outing with children). And who wants to swim in the clear waters of Lake Garda for which there are beach resorts in Toscolano and Maderno. A stroll along the beautiful beach promenade is especially recommended for the evening. In summer many events take place. Restaurants are found in abundance from 1.5 km away from the house. How about a trip to the side of the lake to Torri. The car ferry starts directly from Maderno. The same is true for several excursion boats. For those who prefer self-captain, is right next to the ferry port motor boat hire with plenty of choice.

Directions: Last 1 km to the House with mostly gravel road. Therefore we recommend not. With lowered or large cars (eg Caravan) to arrive; steep driveway to the carport (here space for two cars in succession).

The swimming pool is open from May to October.
During this time, there comes the week of Badservice and looks after the rights; cleans the pool, checking water quality, chlorine content, water level etc. and repaired if necessary. The water is purified by means of timer controlled filter system daily.
The grounds must be left as the building inside at departure broom clean. Please remember not to clean the barbecue after use.
