Welcome Plum Creek

We know you will enjoy this newly renovated Saugatuck vacation rental that overlooks 2.9 acres of wooded ravines and a creek. Beach access at Westside Park is only a 10-minute walk. Downtown Saugatuck is a 12-minute ride. Take a stroll through the tree-lined path to the banks of Plummerville Creek. Enjoy a 3 season and screened in porch, deck and fire pit. This home is a great place for families to enjoy with a kitchen upstairs and downstairs and finished walkout basement.

INSIDE THE HOME
Enjoy all of the space that this home has to offer, two kitchens, two dining areas, three living rooms, and two outdoor spaces. On the main level you can find two bedrooms, one containing a queen size bed and the other has two bunk beds. This floor also has a fully equipped kitchen, two living areas and two full size bathrooms. Downstairs you can find the second kitchen, a living room, and the third full bathroom. There are three bedrooms downstairs as well, two have king size beds and the other has a queen.

Our stay at Plum Creek was fantastic! We were a group of ten friends staying at the property, and the number of bedrooms 2-kitchen set-up was perfect for a Labor Day Weekend trip. The location is perfect, as you can walk to a beautiful beach and are still a quick drive away from more beaches, some hikes, restaurants, and coffee shops. The neighborhood is calm and quiet (I believe a lot of the houses on this street are part of this rental group). All of the dinnerware and furniture felt high-quality as well. From what my friends have said, some beds were a lot more comfortable than others, but overall our big group had a delightful time.

Great stay!

Overall we had a great stay at this location with a few hiccups in terms of the air conditioner and items breaking. The property managers were excellent and very responsive to our questions or texts. Surrounding area is limited in terms of access to full grocery stores (30 minutes away) so plan your shopping accordingly!

Williams Family Vacation

The house was amazing tons of room. Bedrooms spacious and perfect for large groups. We had 14. 2 family rooms and tons of games and items for kids. Back yard was great we loved the yard, took Family photos in yard they came out great. House is well stocked from kitchen supplies to yard chairs and beach chairs. There was a wagon which was great to haul to beach. The beach was right down the street easy to get to. Must go in evening to beach to see sun set. House is about 9 minutes from downtown short ride. Perfect location we will be back.

Fun weekend away!

House was exactly like the pictures and very clean and comfortable! We loved how much space there was and the two living room spaces. Coffee maker worked great, stove and dishwasher worked good. Overall everything was perfect with our stay!

Girls Weekend Retreat

Ten of us women gathered for a weekend get-away. We ranged in age from 10 to 71. This place was perfect for us. Lots of room. Well appointed. Very clean. Beautiful view. Near enough to town.

A great family gathering rental

The property was terrific and well set up for a large family gathering. We would have been happy to stay for several more nights. I always bring things to cook and entertain (knives, a good cutting board, etc.) but this was the first short term rental I've been in where I felt like that wasn't necessary. The home is spacious and gave us room to be together without feeling like we were on top of each other (3 family units having a family gathering). Really nice place for what we wanted: a good gathering home not too far from a beach in a neat part of the country.

Annual family vacation

Our first family vacation in this area. House worked well for us, lots of room. The kitchen cabinets were labeled, taking the guess work out of what is were. Found blankets in living room to snuggle up with the grandchildren. The area was charming. Lots to do. Our family agrees we want to stay here again.

Summer Family Vacation

The house accommodated our family of 7 adults and 4 children with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchens were well stocked with pots & pans, crockpot, coffee pots, toaster, and dishes, but the downstairs did not have a stove. We were conveniently located to activities and restaurants. The extra camp chairs, wagon, and many games were appreciated. It was difficult to adjust temperature between the downstairs and upstairs. The downstairs was too cold when keeping the main floor comfortable.

Great Home; Very Clean; As Advertised

Everything was as advertised. Home was clean and well stocked with essentials. Labels on kitchen cupboards was very helpful. Appreciate the new grill grates and flavorizer bars on the gas grill. The electronic start on the grill does not work, however. We had to light with a lighter. The kids played many of the board games. Beach chairs were a welcome touch. Same with the cornhole boards. 10:00 AM checkout was a tad early and was a challenge to get in breakfast, and still time to clean up by then. 11:00 is more standard industry checkout time. Even if it means not getting into the house until 4:00. Appreciated the information on the area and the current events that was emailed to us.

Great spot close to beach access

Property was well maintained and clean. Nice to have large bedrooms, extra common areas, 2 kitchens, and sunroom for 4 families that stayed together. Half bath in first floor even worked as a toddler's bedroom since it's plenty large enough for a pack n play.

Beautiful rental

Stayed with family and loved how well thought out everything was. So many games and things for kids. Lots of places to relax at such a peaceful family friendly rental. Loved watching the deer and turkeys in the backyard and being close to a nice little beach,great restaurants,shopping and outdoor spaces.

Relaxing End of Summer

Plum Creek had everything we needed. Having two kitchens and two refrigerators was a big help with our group. The back yard is spacious for playing bags. The patios were just the right size. The house was clean and comfortable.

We all had a great time. We just wished for some kitchen towels and more soap for the dishwasher. The grill could use some TLC. The guards over the burners should be replaced to prevent flare-ups. Thank You

Great for family and friends. No car needed.

Beautiful, clean home. Love the location. Nice quiet walk to the beach. Two kitchens, two fridges made it easy to store all the food. Great for multiple families. Kids had a blast in the back yard. Highly recommend!
