Our 2nd winter vacation at this lovely home. Highly recommend! Nice accommodations, close to beach, great restaurants, and many activities. Beautiful heated pool & outdoor seating with lanai. House is clean with comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen.

Great location, only few blocks from beach and walking distance to restaurants. TV in every room with streaming was nice for the kids. Nice private backyard with pool was great too! We enjoyed our stay.

Hidden gem of the Treasure Coast!

We had a wonderful stay at this home/property! Everything was as described, clean, and comfortable. It had everything you need for the beach: bikes, wagon, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrellas, toys, and more items. The pool was perfect for our group! A short, easy walk to the beach and lots of options for meals/entertainment close by. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Great spot!

We stayed here in December to attend a family function in town. The home is in a nice, safe neighborhood and, as advertised, about 2.5 blocks from the beach. We found the kitchen to be very well equipped, and the pool area and terrace quite pleasant. The host was responsive to our questions. It also seems like it would be great place to stay in season. Archie’s Sea Breeze is just a couple of blocks away, and Pie Hole Wood Fired Pizza is not far.

Beautiful house in great location

Susan was wonderful with communicating. The pool and screened in back porch were perfect for us- ate all meals outside and enjoyed having gas grill. Easy daily walk to beach. Enjoyed using Susan's bikes each day. Great area for safe biking. Perfect vacation home.

Family Stay

My wife and I and our twin 8 year old daughters were in town visiting family and really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was well equipped with all amenities especially the kitchen. It was in a great location close to the beach and the pool was a great way to keep the kids entertained while we were at the house. The owner was very responsive to any questions and check-in couldn't have been easier. We will definitely rent again on our next visit.

Very nice; convenient

Easy access and convenient to Hwy 1, but very quiet neighborhood. Good bicycles and a heated pool, even though we didn’t get to use either very much since we visited during the coldest week we’ve seen there in years. Had everything we needed, including filters for the coffeemaker.

Exceptional Vacation Home

This is one of those rental vacation homes that you just don't want to leave. The home is very clean, tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you could possibly need and located in a safe quiet neighborhood. The outdoor living area under the screened lanai is very comfortable with a beautiful heated pool and plenty of outdoor furniture. The location is very convenient on the northern end of So. Hutchinson Island near Jetty Park and a short walk or drive to local beaches and restaurants. The Host, Susan is very responsive in answering questions or handling requests. Highly recommend this great vacation home. Thank you Susan for a very enjoyable stay.

Ft Pierce beach house

Our family had a very enjoyable stay. House was very well described and you literally just have to bring your clothes and food to enjoy a nice beach vacation. We swam in the pool and ocean,rode bikes,went fishing,house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. We brought our dog(house even had dog bowls) as well and house has a nice yard and nice neighborhood to walk in. Very much enjoyed ourselves and will more than likely stay here again.

Spring break getaway

Everything about this house was wonderful. It was exactly like the pictures. Only an 8 minute walk to beach access. My husband, 3 teenagers and his sister(a few days) stayed for a week,and the house was plenty big enough for all of us. Everyone had their own bed, closet space & dresser space. Enough seating in the living and kitchen area for us all. The outside (pool) area was just as nice as the inside. We have stayed on the island many times but never in a house. This house & location was perfect for us. Walking distance to several restaurants. I could go on & on about this house. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave, but unfortunately it wasn't available for another night. Thank you Susan for being so responsive to our questions and for sharing your home with us. We hope to rent from you again in the future.

Amazing VRBO for a GREAT get-away

The house was cozy and inviting. Fully stocked with everything you could need and very clean. Pool was relaxing and a blast for my granddaughter. Everything about this property was fantastic and made our vacation more enjoyable. It was like being at home away from home. Sitting on the patio with your morning coffee and watching the dogs run around the backyard was also just relaxing. The walk to the beach was a very nice short walk through the quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are super friendly and inviting. I wish we didn't have to leave. The only one minor issue we found was running out of hot water for showers after 2 or 3 people showered. There was 5 of us so 2, sometimes 3, would have to wait a bit to take showers. I'd possibly recommend a tankless water heater. All in all, I would highly recommend anybody looking for a great VRBO to check this one out. You won't be disappointed.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay at this house. Everything was as described, although we had a few minor issues. First, the televisions are Roku-only, so no network TV. This was a challenge for my husband who couldn't watch the NBA or NHL playoffs. The pool was listed as heated, and it was in the mid-80s during our visit, but the pool water itself was actually very cold. Probably okay for kids, who might have enjoyed cooling off because of the warm days, but this almost-senior couldn't manage getting in. Finally, the gas grill was really dirty when we arrived, and there were no grill implements to clean it (and none at the local Publix), so we had to trek out to Walmart to buy a grill brush. Then, halfway through our stay the propane ran out. I contacted Susan, who told us it was not her responsibility, that guests are expected to fill the tank. I get it, but if you advertise a gas grill, you expect gas to cook with. So, we took another trek out to fill the gas tank so we could grill the last two days of our trip. You're welcome to the next guests :) Perhaps info about the that fact and where to go might be included in the binder in the house? All in all a lovely stay, just minor inconveniences.

Wonderful Home.

This was the perfect vacation home for the family. The house was very well stocked, organized and clean. The location was great with the beach a few blocks away and everything else just a short drive. Fort Pierce was perfect for our family. Plenty of activities, beautiful beach and not as busy during spring break as you would expect a beach community. I highly recommend this property and this location.
