Great Family Vacation

This house was perfect for the different ages we had. The pool and barn was great! We stayed at the house the entire vacation, so much to do in the house.

Excellent for a big family with kids

We enjoyed everything about this place! Something for everyone and an amazing space. Endless things to experience and very inviting. Pool was above and beyond expectations!

Great Vacation

Kevin was wonderful to work with before and during our stay. The house was perfect for our family and provided so much fun. I would highly recommend renting. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had so much fun. We will definitely be renting again, hopefully soon.

Another fun stay!

Our second trip to the Rose Lakehouse didn’t disappoint! We were there for Thanksgiving which was made easy and delicious with the well stocked kitchens (what’s better than one kitchen on Thanksgiving… two). From there, we spent the weekend easily entertained with the theater and game shed. Once again though, the highlight was the pool - the kids may have grown gills after all of their time spent swimming. Another fantastic stay, thank you!

Nice getaway!

We took our family there for a Christmas getaway! Kids and grandkids enjoyed swimming, the theater room, and the game room! Plenty of room for everyone! The pool was nice, but not heated when we arrived, and the house heat was turned down. I called Kevin, and apologetically, he talked me through getting the house and pool warmed up. The house is spacious, the beds comfortable and with two kitchens there is plenty of space. It is a lovely property with plenty to keep everyone busy! When the sun rises the great room heats up and the view is amazing! Overall we were pleased with this property.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

Great house/property for our family Thanksgiving weekend vacation. We had anywhere from 13 - 20 people for a 3 night stay and it was more than comfortable from start to finish. From the fantastic indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna to the awesome home theatre; it was the perfect home for our family getaway. All 6 bedrooms have an on suite bathroom! There is also an office with a Murphy bed and a Large bonus room with a super comfy sectional, tv, work out equipment, and triple bunk bed. TWO well appointed kitchens along with two laundry rooms may not have been necessary but were used and appreciated nonetheless! GORGEOUS lake views - we were lucky enough to have a beautiful sunny day and fired up the outdoor electric fireplace watching the sun set. Owner was very helpful and responsive as needed - thanks Kevin! We would highly recommend this beautiful home and property. Our kids loved every minute and hope to return soon. Highly recommend!

Great estate - exceeds expectations

The estate is gorgeous and you can tell that care went into providing the little details that allows those owner and their large family to enjoy time away and entertain. Little things like the built-in speakers on most common areas that allows you to cast music and the well appointed pantry that helped fill in the gaps in our food supply from the fickle demands of our little ones. The kids loved the pool, spa and movie theater. The adults appreciated the ample gathering areas and each bedroom having it’s own bathroom. We thought that three dishwashers were a bit overkill but found ourselves using all three at once after a large meal. The barn/game room was a nice diversion for the kids to play some table games and the youngest to burn some energy in his stroller. Our only regret was that the stay wasn’t longer.

Perfect family getaway!

We recently stayed here & it was awesome! We had 5 adults and 4 kids aged 4-7. The indoor pool was the draw for us & it didn’t disappoint! We all spent a good portion of our stay in the pool room where there’s not only a pool, but also a hot tub & steam room. It all overlooks the lake & in the morning the sun streams through the skylights & patio doors - close your eyes and you could be on any beach listening to kids splash in the water. The rest of the house was awesome too. The bedrooms are spread out and each has its own bathroom so we could all take breaks and get the kids to bed without distractions for them at night. This was perfect because they were exhausted after swimming & running around in the game room/barn. Kevin was great to work with. We’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a close, quiet but fun-filled retreat!

Covid Free Winter break 2021

We normally take a long weekend at the Dells in January, but due to covid, we decided to go somewhere less crowded. We found this 'Mansion' as the grand kids called it, and it was awesome. From the abundant sleeping areas, the pool, the hot tub, the screening room and the 2 kitchens, our family of 16 (8 adults and 8 kids ages 3 to 8) everyone had a great time. I'm recovering from knee surgery, so the elevator was a God send for me. Everyone had such a great time, that we decided unanimously to come again next year, Kevin was a great host.
