Located right on the meditation path and hiking and walking trails, you are with a few steps in the summer surrounded by nature. Summer toboggan run and tennis courts are nearby. Self - in the furnished kitchen with all mod cons - you cook with views of the countryside. The kitchen has a modern hob, fridge, sink and dishwasher.

The ground floor also a bathroom / WC with shower.
A staircase takes you to the first floor where there are three bedrooms. The very spacious bathroom upstairs has a bath, a shower, toilet and two sinks. Through an open exposed beams throughout the floor is light and earthy.
An indoor staircase leads then to the basement of the house. There you will also find the spacious sauna and another shower. Round off an eventful day in Oberammergau with a sauna experience! From here you can also view on a sheltered terrace. Another terrace is also located on the west side of the house with access from the living room where you can look directly at meadows and fields in the green nature. On the balcony of the house the morning sun and impressive panoramic views makes your heart beat faster. A carport and additional parking spaces are available at the house. Pets are welcome.
