This listing is new and therefore has few reviews.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds (160 cm wide), two bathrooms (one of them en suite), a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen with dining area and two balconies, from which you can enjoy the entire panorama of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We offer another apartment in the same building with space for 6 people, so that up to 12 people can vacation in the same house.
The apartment was recently completely renovated and has a fully equipped high-gloss kitchen in addition to modern bathrooms.
Shops for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is very central and is still quiet. A parking space is reserved for you directly at the house.
The apartment has 2 balconies, from which you can enjoy the entire panorama of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The view extends from the Karwendel Mountains, over the ski jump, to the Wetterstein Mountains with Alpspitze and Zugspitze.
No matter what time of year, Gamisch always offers excellent holiday conditions!

We had a wonderful time. Check in was easy, the beds and baths were both great. The kitchen and washing machine were user-friendly and everything worked. The location was outstanding!

There was plenty of room in the apartment for 6 adults. It was very clean and comfortable, in a charming area of Garmisch and would definitely stay again. Only a couple of small details that could be improved is that there was no shower wash, shampoo/comditioner, no washing up liquid for kitchen and no bin bags to replace rubbish. Otherwise was very nice.

Excellent location!

Beautiful apartment in wonderful location. The accommodations were very clean. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Convenient to area attractions. We also enjoyed the shops we could walk to.

Great location, BEAUTIFUL place!

We loved our time here while visiting Garmish-Partenkirchen and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this place. The home is beautiful, clean, fresh with great views and close to many restaurants and shops. We loved the extra space where we could relax, visit and eat some meals in! A beautiful place!

This apartment is in a great location. It is right on the historic main street with many cute shops and restaurants just out your door. It comes with a parking spot under the building which is so nice to have. The apartment is up one level from the street but is surprisingly quiet. The layout is nice with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The views from the rooms of the mountains around are amazing. All of this would make it 4 stars. The reason I put it down to three stars was for various little things that take away from the stay. One of the showers had a broken bar that held up the shower head. If you tried to adjust the shower head, the bar broke apart. I notified the owner regarding this and did not receive a response. In these towns, apparently there is a tourist tax of which we were unaware as it isn't listed in anything regarding the cost of staying there. I found out the morning that we were to check out that I needed to leave cash to cover this tax. It would be nice to have known about it before and then actually receive the guest pass that would give us discounts at certain places in town. The owner did let us leave our car in the parking spot for 15 minutes past check out so that I could stop at a shop that morning which was nice. Overall it was a good stay, but the broken shower and lack of communication about that and the tourist tax made it ok.

Thank you very much for your feedback. The bar in the shower is fixed and the tourist tax is mentioned expliced before you made the booking and in your booking confirmation. I am very sorry not beeing able to meet your expectations.

This is a beautiful apartment located in the historic area on Ludwigstrasse. It has all the amenities you need and also has off street parking. The only negative was there were no instructions on how to open or close the garage door. (you need to pull the black strap that’s hanging inside the garage). Once the car is parked you can walk to many restaurants and shops.

Wonderful location and great value!

We were a family of 5, and this apartment was perfect for us. Great location in historic Ludwigstraße, right across the street from the bus stop, and able to walk to so many things...shops, supermarket, bakeries, cafes, and even the train station is only a 14-minute walk. Everything you need is in the apartment, and it has lovely views to the mountains. You will hear the church bells ringing, which is lovely, it other than that it is very quiet. Highly recommended!

Lovely and Convenient Flat

We three retired teachers enjoyed our stay in this flat. Situated midway along Ludwigstraße, its location afforded us easy walking distance to shops, ATM, and the public parking garage. Parking initially for us was a challenge since we could not use the underground lot nor access directly the public parking garage due to road construction. Once located, however, this garsge was easy and convenient to use.

Check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean, spacious and was easy to get around the area. The only issue we had was the television didn’t work. There was a cable laying on the floor for the tv but we couldn’t find where to connect it and I tried to contact the property manager and got no response regarding this issue

Nice flat, bad preparation

The flat is very comfortable and in the center of the city. Bus station right in front of the house.The only bad thing was that they weren't prepared for our arrival. Check-in lasted about 15 minutes and the flat was NOT cleaned, all beds were used and there wasn't any clean towel for washing your hands... We had to call the owner and waited from 6:30 pm until around 9 pm for the cleaning Staff to arrive and finish. With 4 little children after a long day on the road absolutely NoGo!

Nice location, big apartment but could use some upgrades

Place was nicely located on main tourist street and steps from multiple restaurants, bakeries, and hiking trails. While the apartment was large and well laid out, it could use a little love in two areas: walls and beds. The paint was really dinged up and walls were dirty, needs to be repainted. Also the beds in the master with en-suite bathroom were bad. For the master suite you should have a queen or king bed, not two twins shoved together. Plus the sheets were rough and mattresses were cheap and we could feel the springs all night long. It made no sense that the smaller bedroom where the kids slept had a real queen bed, but not the master suite. The check in process is time consuming and you have to drive to the other side of town and stand in line to be checked in, pay tourist tax (which they didn’t tell us about) and get keys, then drive back across town. Also, while parking garage was a definite plus, there are zero instructions on how to open the garage. For those who are curious - use the apartment keys to open the little door, once inside you need to shut them door then walk about 25’ into the garage to the rope hanging from the ceiling, pull the rope and the garage door will open. Wildly confusing and took us 15 minutes to figure out. All in all, great location and good price but needs a few upgrades to be a five star rental.

Herzlichen Dank für ihre ausführliche Bewertungen. Hierzu möchte ich wie folgt Stellung nehmen. Alle Betten sind identisch in grösse und Matratze. Die Kurtaxe ist in der Buchung explizit genannt, auch dass diese vor Ort fällig ist. Die Tiefgarage öffnet sich über ein Schloss außerhalb der Garage, was auch jedem Gast beim check in erklärt wird. Dennoch freut es mich sehr, dass sie trotz der Kritik einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei uns hatten.

Apartment ist generell gut und die Lage ist top zentral in Partenkirchen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, auch ein paar Lebensmittel (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Kaffee, etc.) waren vorhanden. Generell ist die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Matratzen, Fernseher, Messer, Dusche im kleinen Bad). Auch der Fön war nicht zu aufzufinden. Die Tiefgarage ist klasse, sofern das Holztor nicht von jemandem zugemacht wird…

Die Wohnung hat eine gute zentrale Lage. Die Schlüsselabholung war separat. Die Küche hat für 6Personen gerade so ausreichend Sitzplatz. Ein Schlafzimmer konnte nicht abgedunkelt werden. Die wohungstür zum Hausflur ist sehr hellhörig. Leider hat ein Rauchmelder im Treppenhaus ununterbrochen gepiept, was nicht behoben wurde und sehr störte.

Wir waren mit meiner Mutter, 82 Jahre alt und meiner Tante, 88 Jahre alt für 4 Tage in der Wohnung. Haben uns alle 4 sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, super. Die Lage ist toll. Einzig die Balkongwstaltung könnte liebevoller sein, aber das sind ja Kleinigkeiten

Schöne Wohnung in guter Stadtlage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt schön zentral im Ortsteil Partenkirchen. Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz und die Wege zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr kurz. Einzig die zu geringe Anzahl an Stühlen für den Esstisch war nicht so passend, so dass andere Stühle aus dem Wohnzimmer benutzt werden mussten. Es gab auch nur vier kleine Löffel.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Verlängertes Wochenende Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von vier Freunden, alle Anfang 20, über ein verlängertes Wochenende in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie online beschrieben, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und rundum sehr zufriedenstellend. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer zu empfehlenden Ferienwohnung.
